Like a new hotel with experienced staff

This hotel was super clean. Staff recognized my colleague walking in the door and myself as an IHG member. It was very quiet considering its next to an airport. It's an up-and-coming airport and area. The shuttle driver arrived early and started early to make sure i didn't miss my flight. Thats above and beyond!!

Very new and clean, efficient and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok, but was limited to things you could microwave and cold cereal.

If you have to get up early this facility meets your needs! Staff is friendly at 5 am with hot food ready to go. Beds that you melt in and rooms that just help you relax.
Mistaken identity

After leaving avid I started getting charges on my card.. when I called to find out why I was told it was cleaning fees due to a strong odor of Marijuana.. I was called a liar when I said this was impossible..I received an apology email later that day claiming mistaken identity..I asked for a refund and was told that was a bit much for a misunderstanding..

The hotel was exactly what we needed for a quick stay by the airport. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We appreciated the hotel shuttle and having a warm breakfast with many options before our flight. I will definitely stay here when I am in the area again.

Staff was great, there is no laundry on site, and we wanted full breakfast as it was labeled. Very clean room and good service. Close to the airport and restaurants in the city. Will stay again but would like full calories breakfast.

Avid Hotel is simple, but is clean and provides all the necessities. The room is clean and has an abundance of charging capabilities, as well as all necessary amenities. The room temperature can be controlled by the guest. The gym is great and has a lot of different options with equipment. The pool looked very nice; however, I did not use the service. The breakfast was simple, but great. Everything was individually wrapped and there were many healthier options, as well. The coffee, tea, and water station was available 24/7. The staff were friendly!

Checked in on my IHG App. This was close to CID airport and ease for turning in the rental car. Clean facilities and pleasant staff.

Needed a last minute hotel near the airport. Bed was comfortable, they have hot drinks and sparkling water available 24/7. Breakfast was good and served early which was helpful. If I need a hotel near CID, I would definitely stay here again.

Questa struttura è stata fantastica. Era pulito e confortevole, e il personale era molto cordiale. Era vicino all'aeroporto. La colazione era adeguata ed efficiente. Ci soggiorno sicuramente.

Prima volta in un hotel avid . Il nostro volo è stato ritardato per l'arrivo, ma l'autista della navetta è rimasto fino a tardi per noi. La camera era pulita, mia moglie ha apprezzato il fatto che i pavimenti non fossero in moquette. Il letto era molto comodo. Avevamo un frigorifero - vorrei solo che avessero un forno a microonde in camera.
