The front desk staff was great checking us in early. The room was clean. View from the balcony looking at Pikes Peak was amazing.

We totally enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel, from friendly staff to comfortable room and beds, to a wonderful spread of breakfast foods and drinks. Hats off to the staff for making our stay memorable.

Very high quality management and staff service, the Manager is very attentive to the needs of the guests and also the safety and security of the guests, as well as the quality of service being provided by the staff. Great staff guided by a great manager.

This was a delightful hotel with good amenities and a great atmosphere. We would recommend this hotel to everyone as a gem in the heart of Colorado Springs.

Friendly staff but the property is gross in its current state, I stayed here a couple of years ago and it was ready for an update then...pretty sure they haven't done anything since then.

We have stayed at many staybridge suites over the last 13 years. This was one of the worst. The first room we were given was dirty and the thermostat didn't work due to a low battery. They gave us a different room. This one had chips in the plaster, cracks, tile peeling off the wall in the bathroom, and a giant slash in one of the kitchen cabinets. It just looked old and worn.
We also dealt with 2 noisy families both below and above us. We called down to the desk 3 times and even went down in person once. The staff was very nice and always followed up and talked to the people but it didn't actually quiet down until around midnight. So we had a terrible night's sleep.
We used to do hotels frequently and then switched to airbnb due to noise issues usually at hotels. This particular trip we had a bad airbnb so we switched to the hotel. I thought staybridge would be wonderful as always. This stay confirmed that we will be staying with airbnb.
Acclimated to Colorado winter.

Great place to stay while adjusting to winter in the Rockies. Finding longterm housing while enjoying the hotel amenities. Couldn't work out better for anyone

The staff was amazing from check in to check out. They were super helpful any time we needed something. The room was very clean. The furniture really needs to be updated. Mainly the sofa beds/couches. The Sofa bed as incredibly difficult to sleep on and left brises on my legs.

The room was very well taken care of, everything was stocked properly. We did not get almost any chance to take advantage of the amenities and we will try to on future stays
