The staff here was so friendly and helped me get a place to stay when my prior travel arrangements fell through. Customer service here is top notch!

This room was super comfortable with a full size refrigerator with ice maker. I would totally recommend if you are in the area for multiple nights and want to be able to save some money on eating out. It is close to downtown, but a bit out of the way from the main hotels and downtown area. The parking situation is strange and not easy to figure out if you are new to the area.

The hotel breakfast was amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids to play in to expend some of their energy.

I've used this location before when I've come to Denver. It's central to downtown and the 16th Street Mall. The staff were very attentive to my needs. They acknowledge that I was IHG member. Not only was the staff pleasant, the people on site were very nice too. I was able to meet people in the social areas. The breakfast was really good and very welcomed. This location has a homely feel. And I would highly consider returning to this location again.

My stay at this hotel was exactly what I wanted. I arrived early in the day, and checked into my room. It was relaxing and quiet as I prepared for the next day. The breakfast was great in the morning, and helped me be ready for work.
Disappointing - clearly some issues in the hotel - only one bright spot...

I had stayed at a few very good Staybridge properties over the past year but this one was a disappointment.
There were apparent cash flow issues. The 'pantry' was only half stocked when I arrived and it dwindled over six days to virtually nothing. The waffle maker broke on the first morning of my stay and five days later was still sitting there with an out of order sign on it. There were napkins on the first morning at breakfast, but paper towels from the kitchenettes for three days, then hand towels from the toilet for the next two days.
On the busy days all of the Bain Maries were in use. On quiet days, instead of reducing the QUANTITY of each offering, one was left with fifty percent of the options, and had to ask the kitchen staff to replenish two of the three available Bain Maries. Simply not what guests expect.
I have probably requested a late check out four or five times over the past year (342 nights in an IHG property in the past twelve months) yet on this occasion no staff are allowed to authorize a late check out without referring to the general manager, and he did not turn up until an hour after check out time. I was told it did not matter that I was a Diamond Elite, THAT was their POLICY (and THAT was the impression I left with). Very frustrating.
There was one staff member that outshone everyone else, and that was young Elizabeth. She was on duty when I arrived late on the first evening and again when I checked out at precisely 11:00 six days later. She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and knows how to manage issues that come up. She would be an asset at any hotel that appreciates that talent.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the staff were professional and courteous, and it's in a great location.
Honestly, we don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. We would definitely return.

Hotel is older style and harder to access due to location of front entrance. Staff are very accommodating and the breakfast is always great. Location great if you need to travel close to all freeways

A very friendly and helpful staff. We had a nice suite with a full kitchen (except no stove). The location is within walking distance of many things downtown. Has a nice pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend.
