Excellent service. Front desk was amazing. Love the new renovations. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Will be making this hotel my choice for all my stays. Highly recommended. Close to everything you need.

I was traveling for work and really enjoyed my stay. Staff was great and friendly and my room was spacious, full of amenities, and quiet. Will be back!

We only stayed one night. Rooms are good and we would go back. Two drawbacks for us. The a/c-heater is the in the wall type and was loud while you tried to sleep. The other was we had a storm in the night and morning and the wind blowing would howl and whistle in through the windows.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, cleanliness was top notch. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was very clean and all the amenities were great. Location was also great.

Overall staff, rooms and property are amazing. This is the only hotel my family stays at and recommended to friends. We have never had an issue and enjoy the flexibility to make it feel like home.

My daughter and I came to tour the University of Arkansas for a few days. We arrived late into the night but the front desk was staffed with bright charming personnel. The room was very clean and neat and had excellent furniture pieces so we were able to relax very comfortably. I couldn’t believe how well the kitchenette was designed and stocked - awesome. The bathroom was super clean. I hope to stay there again.

I enjoyed my stsy at this candallwood suites. The staff was very kidn and accommodating. I enjoyed the cleaning staff singing lol. The tips and convo the front desk staff gave me was very helpful. Thanks!

While the hotel has been renovated compared to the older Candlewood Suites, it still has the dated, musty smell of the past. The bed was sufficient and bathroom was clean enough. It was nice to have a larger room with a full fridge and microwave. However, having stayed in a different IHG hotel the previous night, I was disappointed that they did not offer streaming services on the TV or on the go breakfast options. However, the free coffee in the lobby was much better than what was provided in the room. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

My room was all I hoped for. I slept well, I got a later check out upon request, I was able to get a quick shower after a morning hike. I was then able to comfortably make my afternoon meetings.

Nice place to stay and value was great. The location was great for what we needed. I have gotten used to having breakfast offered at most hotels so that would have been nice.

Arrived and was immediately greeted to this recently renovated facility. Common areas, room and parking lot were clean and well maintained. Room was decent sized with full size fridge, personal coffee maker and cooktop. Close to UA for BB game. Sole negative was proximity to MLK traffic.

I had a great experience at the Candlewood. Everyone was so helpful and I was provided with so many things that made my stay great.
This bed was great and the walk in shower was fantastic.
