The AVID hotel was perfect for my turnaround trip. Very clean and efficient in appearance and accommodations. The staff was polite and attentive. Aside from the ice machine for the entire property, being on the 1st floor, this property is EXCELLENT for turn around trip to Fayetteville for a Razorback's game on a Saturday afternoon or quick business trip!

This was my second time at this hotel. I stay here when I come for business.
It's a great hotel and i like the location, wish there were better restaurants in the area.

The staff was wonderful need more people with desire to work and want to be there. The bathroom experience was not so good for handicapped people due to the toilet being too close to the wall and paper dispenser. Also the shower needing to be better to retain the water and no cause a risk of a fall by extending the curtain and adding a longer hose to hand held shower sprayer as well as improving the shower chair so it doesn’t slope downward.

Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a nice breakfast. It is a no frills hotel but a very comfortable stay.

Our stay at the Avid was wonderful. The accommodations were clean and quiet at bedtime. BUT the best part is that my friend, sharing a room with me, accidentally left an envelope containing a check and $70 in cash on the nightstand. Amazingly two days later I receive an envelope in the mail that contained the check and the cash. It would have been very easy for housekeeping to trash the check and pocket the cash but they were honest and went the distance to get the contents back to us! BRAVO AVID! BRAVO!!

The room that I was in was close to the elevator and I constantly herd a noise in the hallway probably from the elevator. The air conditioner for the room was very noisy when it came on with the compressor, probably the valves going out. Overall the hotel looks great and is very comfortable. With some minor changes would be an excellent place to stay.

Our room was extremely clean! The staff was very accommodating. Location was perfect! We loved the ducks!
The rooms are small & cozy, which is perfect for a place to sleep. I loved the shower & bathroom soap pumps, so no bars of soap to open and then throw away the next day. The blackout blinds allowed us to actually sleep in & we never do that. We will be back!!

We love the location, quality, value, cleanliness, friendliness, comfort etc of this hotel. Only complaints: need more towels and outlets for device charging in the room near the bed.

While the rooms are small, it is perfect for one person simply needing a place to stay for a night or two. The bed was comfortable, the desk personnel were friendly and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of prepared options, even healthier options like fresh fruit and yogurt. Loved the 24-hour coffee and tea availability.
