I stayed for 2 weeks while on business.
Every night when I arrived at my rooms, there was thick cigar smoke, loud music and people drinking in the hall and loud talking and laughing by many people up and down the hall.
This activity would go on until after midnight and usually ended around 4am. Which happens to be the time I wake for work.
I do NOT stay at other places because they allow this activity to happen. I stay here because it is a business professionals hotel and it is quiet and respectful.
It was not quiet, nor was it respectful on my stay.
I did mention the activity to the front desk and the young girl behind the desk just looked at me like I was an alien.
I was very sad to leave

The room was awesome the bed was super comfortable. The friendliness of the staff and other hotel visitors was wonderful.

We’ve stayed at this particular Candlewood probably a dozen times. Smokers’ area is now at main entrance (yuck) and the rooms have become pretty tired - broken and loose tiles in the bathroom and quite frayed carpet in the room.

Staff needs to return to cleaning rooms, I went and bought a mop and it took 5 buckets before the water would stay clean. Staff also need to follow CDC guidelines as far as wearing PPE!

Great experience with the staff and manager. Clean hotel with many ammentities and room that gives you all you need while traveling and living away from home.

Unprofessional is the best way to describe my experience. I wouldn’t mind if someone was new and needed to call someone for help, but this person was on a personal call when I arrived (cell phone) and stayed on their call for about 15 minutes while I was waiting to check in. It was around 11:30 at night and I was extremely tired or I wouldn’t have stayed there at all.

Honestly, I wanted this trip to be better than the last two, but it was even worse, so I'm done with this place unless they get a total renovation and more staff.

Less than impressed, I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family!
