I would highly recommend this hotel. Very welcoming. Had a delicious evening snack and drink and great breakfast. The room were clean, large and very comfortable. Guest were also very engaging felt as if I were at home. Want sure how to use waffle machine someone came right away. Would recommend the hotel in a heartbeat
Great Service; Hotel Concerns

Stayed for a week during baseball Spring Training. Very friendly staff. Hot breakfast not available all week due to an issue. Pool heater broke. Bathroom drains ran very slow. Sofa had a stain. Room and floor had unpleasant smell. First time staying at hotel brand. Understand that issues happen but unfortunately, as all occurred to us, will not choose again.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the room is comfortable. The only issue we had was the ovens broke down and we were unable to have hot breakfast for two of our nights.
Nice hotel and location to stay for 1-2 weeks during winter

This is our 3rd stay here for 4-15 days but first time in 4 years thanks for COVID and other things. It's a nice quieter location not close to many tourist attractions if you like that (but an hour SW of WDW beware of I4 daily slow downs).
The property is showing it's age a bit compared to 6 years ago but still very nice and very friendly staff. We've stayed at many IHG suite hotels (mainly Candlewood & Staybridge) for many years both for work and leisure; this is one of the better ones. We "camped out" there for 15 days out of 35 days driving winter trip. Family plans are taking us elsewhere next winter but we'll consider this spot in the future too.

The staff on site was wonderful. The happy hour was great. The breakfast was much better than other hotels. All around great stay.

Loved the space to visit with family in the common areas. Disappointed that the web listed heated pool and it was cold. But our kids braved the cold water and swam for a few minutes. So close to great restaurants and shopping. Fun to watch the planes. Overall very nice overnight stay on our way to the state fair.
Comfortable bed and location

The beds were very comfortable and for a month's stay that's an important feature. The couch was not the best so hopefully, the hotel will be replacing them at some point. Loved having the kitchenette to do some basic food prep and especially coffee in the morning. Loved the Dove products in the bathroom too.

Over all service....just amazing. My room smelled fresh from the moment I walked in. It was cleaned and just beautiful. The front desk staff, beyond amazing. I was greeted with a smile every time.

We rented because we have 3 adults needing 3 beds. The couch was UNACCEPTABLY DIRTY.

The arrival was great. It wasn’t until I was in the shower and turn to see what looks to be woman hair all over the shower wall. I purchased my own cleaning agents and cleaned it myself. I didn’t bring it up to any of the staff.
Great Value for Families

Our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 children) stayed for 2 nights in a 2-br 2 bath suite at Staybridge. Though it was a 30 minute drive from the hotel location to our theme park (Legoland), it was worth it to have plenty of elbow space and a full kitchen in our room each evening.
The kids enjoyed the heated pool, comfortable for them even in 32 degree weather and the free breakfast offered was a big plus - we all found something we liked each morning.
Front desk staff was efficient with quick check-in and the extra sheets, blankets and pillows we requested for the sofa bed available upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and our 3rd floor room very quiet at night.
My only disappointment was housekeeping after the first night - they didn't vacuum the kitchen/living area floors (leaving crumbs from kids' snacks), fold up the sofa bed nor replace the towels removed for laundering. However, they quickly delivered towels that evening and graciously honored our late check out request the 2nd day, not knocking on our door until 1PM.
All in all, I consider our stay great value for the dollar and would certainly recommend to other families.
