Parking is convenient
The night staff is usually sleeping in the front desk, we had to wake him up to get our rooms. It took a long time to get the keys and sign the paperwork. We had a reservation in advance and with all that it was difficult because we used points.
I just had heart surgery and was driving back from appointments. The elevator does not work and I had to carry my luggage 2 flights of stairs. The only convenient thing about this property is the location, near doctors offices and restaurants.

Water stains in ceiling. Bath room flooor tile cracked. Shower was very poor. Hard to adjust shower head Towels very rough and smelled

I called to advise of late arrival and they confirmed my phone number. When I was later, then I had told them, no one bothered to call. But they did cancel my reservation and charge my card. Then they wouldn't even let me stay in the room until normal checkout time.

The room was Ok. The hotel staff never came and cleaned the room during my stay. Fan is n the bathroom was loader than ever. Smallest TV in any hotel room ever. The snack their sucked.

This hotel was quiet and convenient to find! She had some issues with checking us in but she was friendly and came quickly to get us checked in early.

Great hotel clean comfortable friendly stay quiet hotel rooms are big clean and comfortable. Staff friendly has a smile and very helpful location is in a good nice quiet neighborhood the view from the window is nice plenty of room for parking and convenient location
No ac, no hot water, no phone, and no help

Was hoping to take a hot shower but there was no hot water. Tried to call front desk, the phone didn’t work, walked there to wait on front desk to stop playing a Game on her phone to see if there was any solution, no solution was given. The ac did not get cold and the room was 77 degrees. This hotel needs renovations and upgrades - if you’re looking for anything comfortable this is not it. Price wasn’t worth it either at $117 night

Overall just an OK experience. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful when an issue came up. Having late check out was a plus.

Excellent property, this place is nice and clean. I would only comment on the flooring in the kitchen area, seems something happened and it looked like it had been repaired from water damage but the flooring was buckled. Aside from that it was clean and very nice

We arrived late and were glad to find a hotel that allowed pets. This hotel was old and in need of a good refresh. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. I was a bit annoyed by the IHG rep who high-pressured me as I was driving. She insisted that the hotel was close to I-80. It was not.
