My room was great. Loved that it had dishes and pots and pans available. Room was clean and neat. Can't think of anything else I would need that wasn't available in it.

We loved our stay. We came up for a family reunion and chose this hotel for the room sizes. We stayed in a 2 Queen suite. Loved the kitchen and living area. The only downfall was the bedroom felt crowded trying to get to the bathroom and the bathroom was small.
More attention to cleaning the lobby floors more often. Spilled liquids and muddy shoe prints left on floors

I stayed here for some work nearby since it was closer to friends . I always pick ihg due to their available amenities. I never find myself needing anything. Breakfast is always included, laundry is available, wifi to work. I was even able to charge my ev and be ready to go!

Never stayed here before. Price was great, rooms were great and clean. Only issue is rooms should be checked daily and coffee restocked. Morning breakfast had decent variety and tasted pretty good. I did not go to social but passed through and looked inviting..

I would like to be very honest, beautiful room, very uncomfortable with the staff, small need for television not addressed, uncomfortable ambiance for socializing the food was very basic, still not pleasurable

My room was not cleaned regularly. I had to take it upon myself to have someone come clean my room. There was a lot of banging from the room above my room. All I could here at night was the elevator so it made it difficult to sleep.

Expected better for a new hotel

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom door creaked very loud. While a very new hotel, the room was not very clean. Tables were sticky and bathroom counter had goop on it. I was able to wipe them down with Clorox wipes so cleaning was clearly not thorough. Found hairs in numerous places. Already had a red stain on the carpet. Room door needed to be pushed hard to actually close. Location is convenient though.
Excellent service and clean gym and pool.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The only thing I missed from other Staybridge was that I was not able to mirror my phone to the TV to watch my shows.
Dissatisfaction on Grace

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your front desk staff members, Grace, during my recent stay at your hotel.
Upon check-in, Grace's demeanor was unprofessional and unfriendly. She did not inform us of the benefits associated with being a Platinum Member. When I later inquired, she mentioned that we would receive welcome points, but she failed to process them.
While other staff members were courteous and helpful, Grace's attitude and lack of assistance were disappointing and made my stay less pleasant.
I hope this feedback will be used constructively to improve the service provided by your team. I look forward to your response and resolution of this matter.
