Room and the area was specious. I would recommend adding few rollaway beds to the inventory. The room does accommodate for 4 but at times an extra separate bed would be useful. Teenage kids as an example. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed. TV in both areas was a great touch.
The Staff was ok, maybe more welcoming and smile would make the stay more enjoyable. Suggestions for those visiting would be appreciated

Would have rather stayed 20 miles up the up road and had better accommodations for the price. We would not choose to stay here ever again. It smells awful, the parking lot is too dark, the appliances are loud and sleep disruptive, did not use the shower because it was peeling, and for all that it was ridiculously over priced.

Considering the fact that this was a last minute booking, everything was splendid. We were able to book quickly and with great options, our room was clean, we received extra fresh towels upon request, and the staff was very helpful.

Not everything was up to IHG expectations. Hotel was not at all busy as parking lot was mostly empty. Refrigerator froze contents as if was set to max. Coffee still in coffee maker. Not recognized as premium member and refused to check for possible upgrade at check in. Generally no staff at the desk.

The full sized fridge with ice maker was wonderful! The 2 burner convection cooktop was also wonderful! The dishes and pans available were great. The broken dishwasher and microwave were not! The front desk staff’s reaction to this was poor at best.
Convenient Stay for quick weekend getaway

The motel was decent and staff seemed to be friendly, although the preparation could have been a bit better. There were a few small things but nothing major and I was able to manage the stay with the way things were. Next time, I'll be sure to make requests to the staff.

The room smelled like food odors and trash that didn't seem to change over 4 days time, where we had the trash emptied each day. The bathroom was clean and functional. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The coffee machine in the cupboard was not working for our entire stay.

I enjoyed my stay. Comfortable bed, nice spacious room, amazing hospitality from the front desk, and it was very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone coming to Destin FL.

I will say the bed here was the most comfortable one in my recent travels, and the location was good for being near the beach. The staff was also very pleasant.
But…
The parking lot was in almost complete darkness which left me feeling it was not safe for my car. Although nothing happened. The hotel amenities like the cupboard was bare, and there were no replacement toiletries. The room had signs of damage such ad a hole in the closet door, dents in the appliances. And while over all it was clean there were signs that it did not receive a good/deep clean. I suppose for the cost it was a good value. But i had been on a long road trip and stayed at only IHG hotels and expected more.

I stay here it was chill but once I left I spoke with the staff and was told my $25 deposit would be sent back within 3-5 days it’s been over a week going on two weeks since I stayed there. I already contacted my bank and the staff multiple times they seem to not care and just stop responding to me smh ️ Bad customer service . No attention to detail and also there was stains on the silverware in the room also I had no coffee filters in the room . The towels had stains . Overall ok visit but they must do better to get repeated stays from me.

This place is always clean, have a great staff, wonderful location. Beds are extremely comfortable & It's in the Best Little fishing Village in the world !

I thought this hotel was perfect for my needs. I liked how quiet it was and how the rooms were laid out with a kitchen. The prices were very good considering there is a kitchen in the room. Traffic made it hard to get out of parking lot.
