This hotel was great! The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and easy to get to. The rooms are comfortable and upgraded.
Room service and bad experience

I arrived in the last day of my stay to the room in the evening and found the room was hit by a storm.
there was an attempt to clean the room but without finishing it by the room service staff resulted in removing all sheets pillows bed covers and towels, and piling them into two piles one in the bedroom and one in the living room. my toiletries bag which was in the bathroom was also thrown on the floor in the living room.
I called the front desk staff who actually did their best to fix the problem, but no room service staff were in the hotel that evening.
the problem was fixed by Ms. Khaela and Ms. Tomia. Ms. Khaela brought a new set of everything that was removed and organized the room.
I was promised of reduction in the bill by one night and to get additional points which did not happen so far. I hope the hotel finds a solution for the above issue in the future and meets the promise that was made. I am not encouraged to stay the hotel again after this experience.

Everything was great for my stay nice room great customer service friendly and helpful.if you needed anything just call and stop by the front desk the same for room service very friendly they would stop what they were doing to get you what you needed

Anyone looking to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Mobile, look no further, this is the place.
My experience here was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone. If you are here on businesses, pleasure, or maybe a little bit of both, Candlewood Suites is unrivaled.
You will not experience a better staff and convenient location in the downtown area.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the area, and always quick with a recommendation of places to eat and unwind.
Can’t recommend this place enough, and the entire staff deserves a raise from corporate.

We love staying at Candlewood for the Conde Cavaliers Parade & Ball. The staff are so organized with checking in and out, keeping the property secure, and doing everything that they can to accommodate our needs, and so very friendly. And the cleaning crew are always so careful to recover anything we may leave behind

The building is quite nice, and beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s well located in Mobile, particularly if you have business at the federal courthouse.

I loved “everything” about this property. Great location with short walks to all the attractions Mobile has to offer… great town for food and drink. Friendly staff and nice outdoor sitting area with a cozy fire place and TV’s…and a glorious view of Downtown’s skyline. Only issue was with the room’s A/C… it cooled but didn’t get cold how I like it. All in all… this property is a bargain and I look forward to staying again!

Loved the bed and all the amenities, the only thing I wish were different was the towels. The towels were very rough, maybe I'm just used to a softer towel.

This is the best hotel that I have stayed in in many years.The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants,and the hotel staff has the most professional service.I also like the variety in snacks and drinks,and the cleanliness of all of the spaces throughout the hotel,I would recommend this hotel to friends,family and co-workers.

Everyone from management, maintenance and housekeeping makes sure that you are taken care of. Location is perfect because restaurants, bars, and grocery stores are walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable.
