Extremely Loud Blower Fan in Rooms and the Front Desk Clerk was not friendly or helpful at all

We stayed at this Palmdale location and the room looked good until we went to bed and turned on the heater. It was so loud and at one point the motor made a horrific sound, like it was going to blow up! We arrived late the night of our stay and we're too tired to complain to switch rooms in the middle of the night. My wife just flew back from Washington and we both were battling the flu.
When turning on the TV in the master suite, the remote would not work correctly and we could not change the language on the TV. Even downloading the remote app, it still would not let us change the options to change the language. So after fussing with it for a half hour, we just gave up and tried to sleep.
When preparing to check out, there were no available luggage carts to use, just like when we checked in. The front desk clerk was not helpful at all and when I checked out and complained about the stay, the lady at the front was not helpful or even kind about what kind of stay we had. She didn't offer anything to make it right and only said "Sorry, I'll let maintenance know.
We stay at a lot of hotels and are Platinum Elite Members and also own the timeshare through IHG.
This location needs to update cooler and heater motors or anything else that has been neglected. The first impression is nice until you start using things in the room. They also need to hire more compassionate and friendly staff as well. Not just someone who is there for a paycheck and shows up. It doesn't reflect well on their hotels.

My family and I had a great stay. The amount of space was awesome, and the rates was bar-none. Great hotel and location. We stay at quite a bit of hotels each year, and I can say, this Hotel is within my favorites list for sure.

i am not much of a writer , you could use updated coffee pots in the rooms the lids dont want to stay on the coffee pot. The bedding is very comfortable a/c and heater work well . I like the full size refrigerator

This location is very worn. NO HOT water. Had to shower in another room. Staff tried to make the best of it. They obviously knew of the warm water issues for our room and checked us into it anyway. We love the Staybridge brand but not some much fore this location

My stay at Staybridge Suites Palmdale was very enjoyable overall. I especially appreciated the friendly and attentive staff, who made my stay comfortable and welcoming. The service was excellent, and the suite was clean and well-maintained.
One area for improvement is reopening the movie room/theater, which has been closed since the pandemic. I believe this amenity would enhance the guest experience. Additionally, I would have loved a wider variety of appetizers during the social hours.
Thank you for a pleasant stay—I look forward to visiting again!

I had a peaceful stay here. There is breakfast everyday and staff members are nice. Checking in was easy, i had to call them ahead of time of my late arrival. The location is far from the hussle and bustle.

The kitchen staff provided delicious food and presented well and any issues were responded to immediately such as running out of something or inquiring about the food and such. They always had plenty of food and even if you came close to closing they would accomodate by providing food for you. They were friendly and showed an interest in the people there. The social hour was a great time with good food and a chance to relax and have someone there look after you with drinks and food.

I was accommodated to be able to check in at a late hour. I am very pleased with that because that is very important to me. I travel a lot and it’s spontaneous sleep overs in different cities. So sometimes I look for hotel rooms late hours of the night or day. The reservation agent was quick with suggestions and the front Farsi was very polite and attentive. Thank you for services.
