Enjoy our gastronomic restaurant located in the heart of the hotel, surrounded by a beautiful patio and a unique vertical green garden. You can choose either to sit comfortably on the lounge club bar side or in our sunny veranda. Our chef Edward Hiroaki Uchiyama insists on combining simplicity, tradition, health and also exoticism. Edward grew up in Montreal in a family of Japanese restaurateurs but is attached to French gastronomic tradition, being a student of the famous Joel Robuchon.
