Rooms are a bit small, but they are clean and comfortable. Fast WiFi, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I wish the rooms had microwaves instead of only having one im the lobby for guest use.

Even though I was there for a short trip the hotel was great and provided everything needed. Nice quiet room, friendly staff, easy access to other eating establishments and other area we had to get to

The cost to value wasn’t exactly there for me. The beds were comfortable but the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was good but an employee was having a meltdown in the lobby that morning. The room was not very spacious and the room showed signs of wear and tear. I would look for a place with bigger rooms for the cost.

I stay here a couple of nights a week while out of town for work. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is helpful. No complaints.

As a Diamond Elite member, this review should be taken very seriously. Worst IHG stay to date. Disinterested staff, dirty room, moldy bathroom, unkept gym.
I stayed at this location in Prattville, AL in Rm# 405 on 9/11/24. The room itself was absolutely terrible! The floors were dirty, sticky and had dust bunnies, hair, & bits of trash scattered about. The AC unit wouldn't shut off, no matter what setting I put it on. The fan ran all night. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower was covered in mold and the shower head was clogged with mineral deposits. The towels smelled nasty too, like they'd been washed with greasy kitchen towels at a cheap restaurant and were very old. Probably the original linens. The gym was the worst I've seen for an IHG property. Dirty mirrors with spit and handprints, dirty floors, no towels, no wipes, and no hand sanitizer. When I approached the morning staff, they shrugged me off and acted very disinterested. Very poor performance IHG Prattville! I will not be staying here again.
