Our first night we stayed in Room 209 (Tower A)and it was extremely humid. It was so humid that the sheets on the bed felt damp. Then in the middle of the night the ceiling light in the shower (yes the light is actually in the shower) started dripping. We reported it the next morning and the staff immediately gave us a new room (Room 611). The new room was sooooooooo much nicer (no humidity, no dripping light fixture) and we had a view of the ocean.

The room was clean but the property/building/room needs TLC. There were many places showing severe wear and tear. I killed a roach in my room although no food was out. The elevators were slow to move and slow to open. I felt like we were in a really old , rundown hotel.
Friendly staff, damp room

We stayed 10/3-10/6 for a wedding. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially the housekeeping staff. The room was spacious and clean- however- the room was damp, very very damp. When we arrived the room was freezing and the floor felt damp. So we turned the AC off and the dampness got worse. When I went to bed at night the room was so damp the sheets felt damp. We hung our beach towels and bathing suits and NOTHING dried the entire time we were there. The food at the beach bites bar/grill was not good. We tried the Mac and cheese, shrimp cocktail, pb and j, and buffalo chicken sandwich- we didn’t like any of it. The cheese sticks were decent. The breakfast was ok but not great. And all very expensive. Also, the coffee machine in the lobby- ordered a chai tea and there was no chai, just water and milk. The milk tasted sour. The pool was outdated. We managed but definitely would not stay here again.

Very relaxing setting, exceptional food service in the restaurant, however understaffed for a weekend, property was clean, ro. Was clean very comfortable beds and nice cold AC, turndown was the many tiny roaches in the room nightables and desk.

The price is a little too high for the quality and services it offers. The food by the beachside bar and grill was good. I paid extra to have breakfast at hotel which you can say you get your money's worth. I just don't think rooms are nice to charge so much they should offer continental breakfast to compensate.

I had a small problem, but overall the hotel is nice, comfortable and I will probably go again. My kids enjoyed the pool and going to the beach and finding crabs and sea shells, even though there were a lot of jelly fish. But my kids loved it

For a Resort, plenty of amenities, 3 pools, right on the beach, staff pleasant, room cool, bed comfortable, keep in mind this is a resort, so drinks, food etc, is a little pricey. Houskeeping staff was excellent, friendly and professional. The gentleman at the front desk we spoke with on Sept. 25 during the morning, was rude and non willing to be helpful

My room didn't have a desk and multiple outlets. This wasn't conducive to working on a laptop or charging multiple devices. Also my coffee machine didn't work.

Overall ok experience. Hotel needs up keep bad other than the lobby. Seems like once you get into the lobby it’s like wow, then the rest is meh. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless they cleaned it well and updated.

Chilln and good needs better ac other then tat it’s all good and chill needs feee breakfast and some drinks good beach access good location on the beach and good people thank u very much for the stay and comfort

The bed was very comfortable, we found 3 roaches in our room and brought it to the front desk's attention. Only one floor had an ice machine working. The bartender in the front swimming pool was not attentive at all. The middle pool snack bar didn't have anything available that was advertised.
