Convenient location for Zeeland, Holland and Holland State Park. Clean, friendly helpful staff. I recommend Frank’s Place, Itty Bitty Bar and Hog Wild BBQ.

All clean, stairs carpeted and bright, bed and pillows great, staff friendly and responsive, easy to get to. A little noisy but acceptable. Would stay here again!

I came up to Michigan, from Indiana, for the Tulip Time Festival. This hotel was a very short drive to the majority of the events that took place, during the Tulip Time Festival. I was expecting hotel prices to be ridiculous but was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel is clean and conveniently located, the staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable. I don't see myself traveling to Zeeland often, but if I did have to come back, I would definitely stay here again.

This has to be one of the cleanest and friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and in saying so with no carpeting in the rooms made it breathable, no headache and stuffy nose upon waking - Highly recommend!!!

The rooms were very nice , comfortable beds .
We had never heard of this brand before.
This hotel is a very modern, trendy place to stay .
My only problem was the outside traffic noise . The exterior walls are to thin or maybe need more insulation.

The hotel was just your average IHG hotel. Nothing fancy.
The only complaint I had is that I have never seen such a disgusting remote tv control. It was filthy! Glad we take sanitizer with us on all our trips!

We enjoyed a great hotel with all the comfort we could ask for. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great breakfast, and very clean.
Bed was super comfy and the whole plane was super clean.

I really enjoyed my stay. The lady in the front desk was very nice. The whole place smelled nice and the room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I had a great time! It also has a pool but I didn’t have time to use it.

I had an alarm that went off outside all hours of the night I thought it was the garbage truck but it was not maybe the compactor nextdoor

My mom and I stay here everyone we travel to the west side of the state. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The fresh coffee all day and hour water for tea is amazing and fresh. Will continue to stay here.
Poor sleep and cold room atmosphere

The window installation is poor-windy night with loud whistling through window. Heat and air temp very inconsistent. Cold floors. Large space below door for alot of light from hall ALL night

My family and I have been enjoying our stays at Avid for years. The new owners have stepped up the experience and quality, with exceptional staffing and a smooth stay. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, the TV is awesome, and the drink area is best of any hotel. We especially love the walk-in shower, the room lighting, large picture window, and all of the wall hooks - they keep our travel bags neatly put away and easy to access. Most hotels are allowing pets now. We are grateful that Avid only accepts true service animals. I have life threatening allergies to cats and dogs, so we rely on staying at this hotel. We haven’t used the pool or tried the breakfast. And, of course, we always look forward to talking with Chaz, he is joy! We are thankful for all of the employees who work toward making Avid the best place to stay.
