The beds and sheets were so comfy. The divans or chaise lounge in the individual rooms were very dirty.

Everytime I travel I stay at a Holiday Inn. If this were the first Holiday Inn I stayed at I wouldnt have gone to any others. Worst stay at a Holiday Inn.

My boyfriend spent Christmas in Detroit with me and my family for the first time, and I was looking for a hotel not too far from the freeway. The location was perfect, and absolutely gorgeous.

Staff was very friendly and greeted us whenever passing thru the lobby. They still serve breakfast but it is very limited and not the greatest of quality. I never seen anyone disinfecting the lobby or elevators, seems they would do that regularly beings these areas have more traffic. Our room was clean except some hairs in the bathroom, maybe using a vacuum with attachments would be better in this area. The fan in our bathroom didn't work. The front door is the only door you can enter thru so we couldn't park where we could see our car.
All in all it was a nice hotel and we would probably stay again.

We had a great time at Holiday Inn for our recent stay. The hotel staff were very accomodating. The gym was nice. Unfortunately due to Covid we could not utilize the pool which was a bummer for my kids, however we had some good choices of movie networks to help occupy our time.

My stay was amazing! My kids loved it! I loved it! My Boyfriend loved it!
The continental breakfast was delicious, I was happy with the variety of things they offered. My kids were actually full after having breakfast too which to a mother, is important.
The thing I’d like to point out most was the lady at the desk and I wish I knew her name. She worked with me, on something that was also important to me. I don’t know how she did it but she gave me a roll away bed for my son, who is 6. He was the birthday boy and the reason we came to the hotel. Considering whats going on with covid, we couldn’t have a bunch of people over for his birthday, so we wanted to do something different since he was becoming a “big boy”. Having a bed to sleep in that was so comfortable (oh my goodness I still can’t get over that) my bed broke at home and I haven’t been able to replace it because my hours have been cut at work, so I’ve been sleeping on my floor.
Moving on, I had my 3 year old daughter with me also so the chaise lounge was perfect for her to sleep on. There were plenty of pillows

This is a newly refurbished hotel with clean rooms and new carpets. I’d recommend this property fir business travelers working in the Detroit area!

A very good stay. Tylisha was very friendly and ensured customers maintained social distancing for breakfast.
