Comfortable bed

Had issues with toilet in first room, was moved to another room and had issues with the toilet in that room, too.

Upon arrival, we noticed the garbage out front of the hotel was overflowing...our thoughts was simply if they couldn't take care of the outdoor property what would it look like inside.Your 1st impression is usually a lasting one.We were told on day 2 of our stay there were no clean bath towels or washclothes.At night the people who was in the room next to ours had the tv very very loud until past midnight..we reported this to two different associates because it kept us up.Nothing was done about this issue.We did not get any kind of a refund and we were not happy. We always stay at Holiday Inn and they have always made sure we were happy.What happened to this one ?

I had a very nice stay with Holiday Inn Express, we needed a break, mini vacation and my daughter and grandchildren enjoyed as well. The food was limited with the virus in what can be served and the k-cup making in our room was messed up, not working right but we never inquired about another either. For us this was so minor, to be able to just jump in the car and get away for a few days, was great. Everyone at the hotel was nice, everything looked very clean.

Convenient to casino and no pets allowed. Price within budget. We've stayed at this hotel many times. Very disappointed we were not told in advance there was no hot breakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions as we enjoy visiting Cherokee, Maggie Valley, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. This location is perfect for our routing so we try to stay here when possible. The walk-in rate for a room is a bit excessive but we are able to book on-line and get our corporate discount so that makes the price more realistic. The people are always friendly here and my only complaint would be the cleanliness of the common areas. I can tell they're short handed but attention does need to be directed at tightening things up a bit. The room was not spotless but it was comfortable and acceptable. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip up to Cherokee.

This hotel is located right across the street from the casino. The room are clean and staff is friendly and very informative.

The mattresses in every Holiday Inn seem to be very firm. For me it’s very uncomfortable.
Anniversary getaway

My husband and I got away for the weekend for our anniversary and we're recommended to stay here. Overall the stay was great but when I asked the front desk for three towels and three washcloths they only gave me two and when I said I wanted 3 they said they didn't have anymore which I obviously did not believe....not sure why I couldn't have the third.

No Iron, No Laundry bag, Hair in bathroom floor when checked in,
Elevators hadn't been cleaned in months.
Ice machines broken.
Loud guests above @1:00 AM, and no one answered at front desk when called to report.
Asked for extras from housekeeping, never got anything.
They advertised breakfast but Covid or not, there was nothing for breakfast.

Very quick check in and check out. Friendly staff and very helpful. Will be staying again when we come back.
