Staff has always been super polite and helpful I love that they know our room preferences and always have it stocked just the way we like it. Wish breakfast was better, we come a lot and donuts and bagels don’t exactly cut it

We have stayed here many times in the past. We love the close proximity to the highway and restaurants. There are many things to do within a 30 or so minute drive. The staff here is always helpful and friendly, and the property is clean.

Can’t say enough good things about my last minute stay at this gem! When an unexpected midnight snowstorm hit the highway while driving my rear wheel drive vehicle, I was very lucky to find such a nice, new, clean feeling hotel on such short notice. The lady at the front desk was kind and accommodating, offering a late night rate as it was nearly 1 am. After getting to my room, I realized I forgot to use my IHG credit card and wondered if I needed to go down immediately to switch payment methods. The lady said not to worry and that I could take care of it at checkout. When I was checking out, I was happy to see that she left a note about me wanting to use my IHG card for her coworkers, who were also super friendly and accommodating. I travel a lot for work, and it really does contribute to an overall positive vibe and pleasant atmosphere at the hotel when the staff is kind and attentive. Combine that with a super comfortable bed and clean room, and you have the recipe for a great night sleep and super pleasant hotel experience. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Thank you for your hospitality! The bedroom was very comfortable. The room was neat and tidy. The amenities were not available due to covid but I had a wonderful stay.

Front desk staff is top notch. I almost always check in early, and they never make me feel that it is an inconvenience. In the event that a room is not yet available, they have almost always provided alternatives for while I wait when possible. Rooms are clean, heating/cooling systems function well with minimal or no odor, showers are high enough to be comfortable to most people, hot water is plentiful. Due to COVID, hot breakfasts are not available, but there are grab-and-go items if desired.
