In the area for a basketball tourney and decided to drive a bit further and shop the outlet mall. This hotel is within walking distance of the outlet (nice outlet) and a variety of restaurants. The pool and hot tub were open which was an added bonus. The breakfast was served cafeteria style by two very nice ladies who went beyond! We literally walked in the front door to the desk, told her our name and the keys were ready and we were in our way in about 15 seconds! It was great. Very clean.

Staff was incredibly friendly. It was peaceful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel!

first time ever with any IHG hotel, that someone walks in my room, as i am in my birthday suit, laying on the bed, watching the tube. I was pretty up tight.
My family and friends thought it was hilarious, as i couldn't believe this happened at a reputable organization. What the?

Nice and quiet, comfortable bed. The normal Holiday Inn Express experience.

We have always loved going to this hotel,the staff is so outgoing will go out and above on anything we ask even as much as baking cookies for us,the weekend crew for breakfast is by far the best,the weekly crew could use a little more training on how to be more outgoing,.

Close to shopping and restaurants . Due to COVID you had to be served and the staff serving breakfast were pleasant and welcoming.

Nice rooms, great staff, and the pool/hot tub was awesome. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. We will definitely stay there again!

We stay here every year to spend a couple of days shopping at all of the stores. We have no complaints every year.
