If it weren’t for the large room and the comfortable bed, I would have left. This property needs a lot of work. I won’t stay here again and I will not recommend it. How does it pass the PIP inspections? Squeaky bed, shower that needs work, Sheetrock by shower needs repair, goofy door shared between bathroom and closet. Closet not deep enough for clothes to hang and close the door, lobby and exterior need lots of updates and new furniture.

Location is good, staff is friendly, showing signs of age in some of the rooms but nothing of concern. the kitchenette is great.

Check was great. Room was quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable. It was nice to have a couch to sit on while watching tv instead of sitting on the bed. More cable channels would have been nice as I enjoy watching college sports.

The hotel is fine and was a lower price IHG with a hot tub, which was nice. We were surprised they don’t have any king beds, but not a deal breaker for us. Staff was very polite and courteous. We also didn’t realize they didn’t have breakfast, but again not a big deal.

I want to start off by saying the gentleman that worked the front desk was amazing I have not a bad thing to say about him. Very friendly and welcoming made a perfect start to our stay. There were no issues until 8 a.m. the next morning we picked this location because of the late checkout and we had to drive very far. This was when the first knock from housekeeping came even though we had a sign up saying not to. I said no thank you about 10 minutes later they knocked again I said it again and then they knocked a third time and I opened the door and said I'm sorry I thought we had a sign up which it was still up. He then replied oh some people leave it up which I do understand however when check out isn't till noon you wouldn't start knocking at 8:00 on doors with the sign still up. At this point I'm irritated but let it go and try to go back to sleep until the slamming starts. Housekeeper was cleaning the room next door and put the door stopper on and was letting the door slam every few minutes. After about 20 minutes of this I got up and went out there and asked him to stop however it continued to the point where I had to go down to the front desk. The manager wasn't in yet so understandably there wasn't much the front desk that I could do so when we were ready to leave I went back to the front desk and the manager was in. Not only did he not seem remorseful at all but just simply said I'll talk to him about it no remorse and no apology and when I said I missed out on 3 hours of sleep because of the situation he said there's nothing I can do. I've been in customer service for over 15 years and I understand that there's not a lot that can be done but simply showing remorse and empathy for someone that had to deal with your staff is not too much to ask.

Checkin staff was friendly, Hosea bed was tattered and mattress was stained. Hotel was full so all they did was give extra sheets.

Liked the overall experience, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, as was the lobby and common area, but we had some issues with our accessibility room. There was no shower seating, and soap and shower wand were unreachable.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that due to construction vehicles with trailers, when the hotel is full, parking is tight. There was enough parking, but the lot was very full

We arrived late to locked doors for safety, but the guest service gal let us in quickly and got us our keys to the room. I was happy to see a clean and fresh smelling room upon entrance. The beds were comfortable and had a great night of sleep.
