I am in and out of town several times each month. This hotel is new and clean, beautifully decorated. Very quiet and comfortable. Staff is always attentive and helpful. Hands down, BEST place to stay i Fayetteville, GA

Overall experience was fine. Bathroom had a stench near toilet area that was constant. Front desk check in long.

Unfortunately, I had the worst check-in experience with James here which was completely unnecessary especially with all the COVID issues caused in the hotel industry.
Imagine having to scramble from out of state to see your parent who is very likely dying only to have a hotel decide they only want to accept Money vs the Points you work hard to earn.
While trying to use my points for check-in, the property's night shift employee decided it was IHG's policy to not accept eligible points and only accept the full room rate...yes, you heard that right.
No response from any management here.
Disappointing to say the least.

Fresh, modern hotel. Friendly staff - caring, professional and helpful. Well appointed room - very comfortable and clean.

The staff was amazing (only encountered morning staff). The hotel was very clean, towels and sheets were fresh and smelled good. My only dislike was how thin the walls were. I was awaken by hearing the couple in the room next to me each morning, doing the horizontal poker. Otherwise, great stay!

Great choice. The only challenge was the food in the morning but besides that, the stay was incredibly pleasant.

Motel had moved since the last time we stayed there. It is new, nice, clean and friendly.
They had one lady dishing up breakfast. This was real slow. (she was super nice and doing a great job with what she had to do). You could not even get your own coffee. when your coffee cup went empty with 10 people standing in line you was just out of luck.
