Excellent service. The staff goes out of their way to see to your comfort and address any issues you may no matter how small such as extra coffee or towels in my room which is important to me. The breakfast is perfect with daily choices and staff again is amazing.

I covered everything in the survey. The property is clean, the staff is helpful. COVID puts a damper on enjoying the hot breakfast and the pool.

Courteous and clean, great breakfast, almost all the staff was very friendly (especially in the breakfast area), one bed very good, the other needs to be replaced, the bathroom lighting (which is what IHG is switching to) is a joke. LED around the mirror provides very little light. Good luck to you ladies trying to put makeup on. The TV was on a multi-directional wall mount, but the cables were so tight, you couldn't move it more than a few inches. Along with the bathroom lighting, the other biggest complaint was the road noise. Seems like every truck that drove by had loud dual exhaust. Plus if there are two beds in the room, why are there only three bath towels provided? Lastly, like all hotels, the room doors are never adjusted to close quietly. Nothing worse than hearing doors slamming or closing loudly all through the night or early morning. Do these Gen Mgrs ever stay at their hotels. Or someone from District offices?
Stayed 20 days and only had room cleaned 3 times!?

I know with covid things have changed but only cleaned once a week is a little lacking. Had to constantly get clean towels from front desk. Made a hassle to wait in checkin line to get towels.

The girl that works nights I think her name is Gloria but not sure. She is the best employee in the hotel. She really goes out of her way to make sure we are took care of.

夜遅くの到着でも親切な対応が良かった。部屋も綺麗で清潔感あり。ただ、上の部屋の足音などがうるさくなかなか寝れなかった。

Excellent stay, staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was spotless and very comfortable. Still offering a very limited breakfast (COVID) but everything else was spot on. Will definitely return!

職場までの距離が非常に近く、非常に便利。スタッフが私の未熟な映画でも丁寧に対応してくれた。3時前にも関わらず、部屋を変更してチェックインさせてくれて、非常にありがたかった。
