This is a great hotel! The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. My bed was comfortable. They are doing a great job with COVID 19 restrictions and keeping visitors safe. Highly recommend staying here!

The staff was super friendly and helpful I was able to rent my husbands friend and my cousin rooms without them there. After night 1 I was so relaxed I wanted to stay and I was able to keep my rooms with a simple call. I seen staff sanitizing high touch areas frequently, more than the other hotels we used on our road trip. I would definitely stay here again.

We were there for a family funeral and your staff was great. Very accommodating and helpful and actually had a very caring feeling for our situation and after a couple of long days that just made it so much better. Thank you

Stayed for two nights for a business trip. Staff was helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend and will definitely be booking this hotel for future business trips.

I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with a manager to this property. I have stayed at this property multiple times when in the KC area visiting my wife's family and friends. The lack of concern over a billing issue will stop me from ever recommending this property or ever staying here again. Having been told multiple times that a manager would get back with me and not receiving one call for my repeated attempts to reach out is quite disheartening. Guests should never be lied to or made to feel like they are stupid. The condescending arrogance of the front desk staff is off-putting and I will not miss staying here in the future.

My husband and I came here for our wedding night, once arriving we realized we didn’t have our usual packed masks as it was 11pm and we were exhausted. The lady at the front desk greeted us and made us feel perfectly safe and understood our situation (I was also wearing my wedding dress). They also upgraded our room for us, which was a nice surprise! The room was great, bed was so comfortable, and everything very clean! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

This is my favorite place to stay in Lee summit while visiting. I come at least once a month. Very clean and quiet and comfortable

Great stay after long drive from Wyoming. Large king room on rewards stay. Would recommend this hotel anytime.
Alchohol and beverages left in Fridge

I opened the refrigerator and found alcohol and large containers with beverages in them. I called the front desk and was told to leave them outside of the room and they would send someone to pick them up. The refrigerator was in need of defrosting also.
