Better than expected

The hotel was better than expected. The room was very nice. The staff was very attentive. The shower was especially nice. The breakfast had plenty of selections and was good.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express on I-70 in London, Ohio. The pool area quieted down by the time I wanted to sleep and that was perfect. The food for breakfast was great and the perfect temperature. I enjoyed the stay overall and plan to stay at this location in the future.

Make the shower so you can open both sides. Have more channels like Antenna channel or MeTV, not enough of normal channel to watch. I could not iron my dress the iron did not work.

Hotel was ok. Definitely needed some attention to detail while painting and over all up keep. Would of been nice to be able to use the card on file and not scramble to find another card since i did not bring my whole wallet with me.

Great stop late at night . Everyone is nice room was comfortable though they forgot trash from previous guest but I know they are busy . Breakfast was good but not great selection

This hotel was clearly converted from a lower tier hotel/motel and still needed improvements. In my rooms there were signd of past pest problems that made my sleeping quality very low. I did not know if these issues were recent or in the far past.

I really enjoyed getting a good nights rest, and waking up to a delicious breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
