We wanted a quick get-away and this hotel delivered w a great deal on two great rooms. We would come here again in a heartbeat. The rooms were large and clean, the bathrooms were spotless, the pool was open and clean and provided just what we wanted now that the weather is getting colder. We loved the cocoa/cider bar, and the grab-n-go breakfasts were a great substitute since the buffet can't be open right now. This hotel's staff thought of everything!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was done to make the facility as safe as possible. Staff were very aware of safety measures and were very careful. We felt safe and comfortable. Very good experience!

Went to stay there for 2 night for a surgical procedure and need to use a wheel chair they did not have one to provide. We were watching TV and there was a scorpion on the wall. Was very unsatisfied with the place.

The desk clerk was extremely pleasant, welcoming and helpful, beds were comfortable and quality of shower was awesome. It was an enjoyable stay.

Mixed review. A man named Tony was very accommodating and very polite. He even put a fridge our room. He made our family feel very welcome.
A man named Alex was very rude. We had a reservation for the pool and he said “not to hover around the door while he’s cleaning” insinuating that I wasn’t civilized. There was no reason for that comment. Then he yelled at my child and told her not to throw a wrapper on the floor. She put a wrapper in the trash. We had to show him and he didn’t apologize until I asked him to. Felt like he hated his job and didn’t want me to be there,. I felt very uncomfortable.

W had a great visit at the minnetonka Holiday inn, the staff is friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about our stay. I would recommend this property to all my friends a family as they treated us like family!
