I loved the stay as the rooms, bathrooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Centrally located.

La localisation de cet hôtel par rapport au prix payé n'a pas de comparatif pour le centre-ville de MTL. J'y vais toujours pour mes r-v d'affaires.
Je recommande cette adresse, pour le service, la qualité du sommeil et la sécurité.
Hôtel bien situé, bonnes commodités.

A great value for money. The location is superb：airport shuttle, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, etc,. I was given a top floor room with a nice view of the river, a wonderful upgrade for a Gold member. All members of the staff were friendly ( I stay for a total of 11 nights) and helpful. This is an excellent brand and property with superior attention to details.

The location is good - close to two metro stations, near food courts and China Town.
The hotel and rooms are clean and well maintained.
The staff are very attentive and take care of issues promptly.

Loved having a full kitchen and loved being right downtown. Was able to walk to the train station. Took the train from downtown Toronto to downtown Montreal. So relaxing a trip.

We stayed for 8 nights to take in Come From Away at Place des Arts and some hockey. Hotel was located walking distance to Chinatown, Old Montreal and the arts district. Subways were nearby and the 747 airport bus delivered right to this location.
We had a huge, corner view room with a window towards China Town and Rene Lesveque boulevard. Kitchen was well equipped and an IGA grocery store was only a 10 walk with a CoucheTard store even closer for beer, wine and snacks. The in hotel shop had snacks, fruit, pop, icecream and ready made meals to heat up in the room.
Front desk staff was very efficient and pleasant. Everyone spoke English and French with ease and would quickly switch if needed to the other language. They were able to get us prompt cab service when needed too.
Housekeeping staff was friendly and spoke every time we met them. This felt like a well managed property.
Laundry facility was clean and free and convenient. We will definately be booking here on any stays in Montreal. The location make our stay stress free with eacy access to transportation and many of our interests withing walking distance.
