The hotel provides excellent opportunities for relaxation. The food is good and tasty. The stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Stayed at hotel on Nov 6th for transit to domestic flight. Arrived after 14 hrs of international travel. There was huge confusion at the airport which led to us feeling more exhausted. As soon as we called, Sonu from the staff came down in 5 mins to guide us. Hats off to his service and support in the entire stay. He went way above and beyond to ensure that our stay was smooth. He personally kept our luggage in the cloak room and suggested I come in some time to check them in for my next flight. He helped me checkin the luggage for next flight and the next day personally walked us to the security gates. I have stayed at many hotels through my travels. But the service Sonu rendered is beyond words. Great service keep it up.
Hotel was great as well. Clean beds and very sanitized. The ambience and process gave the mental relief of being in a safe place during the COVID -19 Situation. Since we had an early morning flight, the staff even offered to pre pack our breakfast since we would not be around when the breakfast service opens up. Not sure you get that level of service else where. Proud to be an IHG member and kudos to the staff for their efforts and service attitude. Good job and keep it up

Comfortable stay overall. When I arrived at the airport the staff was at the counter n immediately took me from there with my baggage. Her name Vindu very well mannered n friendly. Had a good meal for dinner. Comfortable bed to sleep, very clean bathroom with all the necessary things. Highly impressed cos they assisted me till the checking counter next morning.

It was a great experience staying here.I had a 20 hr flight delay..Because of the accessibility of this hotel and wonderful restaurant,I could spent these hours without any hassle.

Room was conformable and quiet but with no windows and black interior, I felt like I was in a cave. The most critical was the internet coverage in my room was inadequate for my business requirements.
The people were very, very friendly!! Very nice.

The overall experience from the staff receiving and escorting me to the reception to helping me to the departures in a wheelchair is commendable. Checking in was fast. The dinner served at 2.30am was fresh and hot and tasty. So also was the breakfast served by Arun on the dot at 5.30am so i could catch my flight. He was courteous and efficient.
The hygiene and safety measures implemented were good. My transit was comfortable

The hotel was a great relief after an an exhausting flight.Staff ere very helpful and welcoming.Food was good and checkout experience was very good.Highly recommend for a rest between flights.A godsend before the domestic flight the next day.
