Had a wonderful one night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Definitely would recommend staying here.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean with a lot of restaurant options nearby.
College visit

Stopped here on the way home from a college visit. Bathroom could use a touch up on the paint. Due to the COVID thing, they don't have the normal breakfast. They will give you a breakfast bag, (honeybun, granola bar, apple, orange juice and water) better than nothing, I guess. I've stayed at other places that still serve the regular breakfast, but they put it in a to go container. All in all, other than these two minor things, it was a good place to stay and I would stay again if in the area needing a hotel.

I stay at a lot of HIE properties. This one is above average.
I think not having automatic lobby doors is bad at any time, but especially now in Covid time. I wish there was a separate switch for lights in the bathroom so that the loud fan did not have to be on but that could be a local code. At check-in they said there was a grab and go breakfast bag in the mornings but I did not see anything to grab the two days I was there. This is a good location with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

Update website to inform customer that NO buffet breakfast is available and that the pool and spa are empty and not open. Literally nothing open in hotel. Also, there were only a handful of guests yet on our second day the room next to us was occupied with very noisy guests at 4am on Sunday morning. I don't understand why you would put guests right next to each other when you have the entire hotel to use. Doesn't make sense!

We arrived early Friday afternoon and were allowed to check in early. Friendly check-in and coupon for Biaggi’s on the back of keycard was pointed out to us. Rest of weekend went well. Room clean and comfortable. Only two downsides: cleaning staff woke us up Sunday am to ask if we were leaving soon. They should have known which rooms were still occupied and waited until after checkout. Second- breakfast was disappointing- cheap roll was a waste. Small muffins or bagels would have been better. There was no protein choice at all. Perhaps a choice of two different breakfast sacks could be offered. Hopefully our next stay in the spring, we will be able to once again enjoy a hot breakfast. Thanks for trying.

We were very disappointed with this stay, first of we weren’t told they weren’t serving breakfast when we asked for coffee the associates was very rude, we never have a bad experience on any other location,we got a better service in Aberdeen ND and Dickinson ND that made up from Bloomington I’ll.
