Wifi connection in my room did not work. Told staff and they said internet company would be coming to fix soon. Never did.

Fits the bill when looking for a good night's rest. Quiet and comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms.
Thin walls, broken heater, no wifi, unprofessional staff

This is by far the worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. This chain is usually my go-to hotel chain, but now I need to reconsider. Walls are thin -- you can hear the person in the next room talking clearly. Heater is broken -- temperature cannot stay constant, either the heater runs all night or not at all. Wifi was not working -- we brought it up to the staff who told us they already knew (and apparently did not do anything about it). Main issue is with the front desk calling us about a noise complaint at 8pm despite the fact that we were gone all day and just entered the room. Maybe they called the wrong room, fine. But 8pm is not an acceptable time to warn guests of noise?? The hotel itself has multiple signs saying "no noise after 10pm" which is reasonable at least. If someone is really complaining of noise at 8pm, the staff need to handle the situation themselves (ex: switching rooms for the guests complaining) and not dragging other guests into the situation for no reason. Save yourself the headache and please do not stay here.

This was just a quick stopover to sleep and eat but the hotel was very nice and comfortable. The front desk was friendly and helpful as was the sweet lady taking care of us at breakfast in the morning.

I have stayed at this location many times over the last two years and am always satisfied with my stay. Each room is a little different in good and bad ways. Some appear to have been updated/renovated while some have some minor issues that could be address, but nothing too dangerous/hazardous.

It was a hotel. It was good. If you need a place to sleep when traveling you should stay here.

When we got to our room we had a very Noisy Neighbor above us that wouldn't stop and when I went to the front desk the young lady was more than helpful she moved us to another room and she addressed that issue right away which we greatly appreciated since we only had time for about 5 hours sleep before we left

Do not do it!!!! Enough said. The maid came super early and never doubled back either. So we constantly had to go ask the front desk for towels.
