The young lady that checked us in was just a delight. We actually live near Destin just an hour from the hotel but wanted a little get away. She was so helpful in telling us a few local things to do and see!!

We had booked the hotel based on a wedding and it’s location within downtown Pensacola. I called to see if I was able to book another night as we decided to fly and arrived a day earlier than planned. Kristina was very helpful and was able to find an opening to accommodate us the extra day for our visit.
We had to ask for extra towels and other necessities due to the rooms not being cleaned daily due to COVID-19. It was never a problem to get anything we needed as this is the normal for operations within this pandemic.
Our experience was a great one for our stay in Pensacola. I was able to conduct business during our stay as well.
Staff was extremely friendly and attentive.

This is a great location for a quick getaway. Located downtown it is within walking distance to restaurants Cafes and bars. Also a lovely little museum. Hotel has a cozy outdoor seating area separate from the pool, which has a substantial firepit that quests are able to enjoy and relax while staying nice and warm.
We were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of our room upon check-in as there were obvious grimy smudges around the door handles locks and light fixtures. There did not appear to be an emphasis on cleanliness which should be prioritized in these very difficult times as were in the midst of a pandemic.

Our room sustained hurricane damage and should not have been offered as an option to reserve. We had a reservation and the hotel had no other options even though we called at 6:00 pm to confirm our room and we would be checkin in later

This place is very average and overly priced. Nothing is exceptional. Their pricing far exceeds the value of this place.
Still there after the storm

I was worried that this hotel was destroyed by the most recent hurricane but it made it. Prices jump big time from last stay but I guess thats the name of the game when availability is limited.
Dirty and not what we booked

We booked a king suite but was given a regular king. Charged us for the suite until I realized it once we got up the room and there was no sleeper sofa. Called down and they said “oh yeah we don’t have that available “. Ok, well were you going to inform me of this? The answer was sorry I’ll adjust your rate. Well we had 4 people so they moved us to an overflow room (2 queens) it was dirty, open used water bottle in the corner by the bed. Food crumbs on floor. Dehumidifier by door, two towels in the moldy shower. Had to be a soccer tournament so I could address the issues. Once we returned I called Dow to speak with manager but was told they were short staffed. I asked for more towels and they said to come get them. I’m not sure they should have even been open after hurricane sally. It was nasty.

I enjoyed everything about my stay the only issue was the shower conditioner and body soap containers were empty and didn’t realize until I was already in the shower
