You will love the staff.

Has to be one of the friendliest staffs I've met, and I'm a former hotel Front Office Mgr. for another chain. Patricia, Courtney, and James excel at customer satisfaction. Because I get up around 3am, I ran out of "in room coffee" by 5am. The older Security guard greeted me in the lobby, and he got me a large cup of coffee, with a huge smile on his face. That's great customer service! Next time in Philly, I'll book this hotel again.

A pleasant experience

We stayed with you while my daughter visited a doctor at Penn hospital. It was an emotional situation. We ran in to a few snags with hospital but Monica, your manager, was wonderful in calming me down. Her kindnesses toward us made a great difference in the trying day. We can’t thank her enough for her thoughtfulness. She deserves a big bonus.

I had trouble with my reservation with the third party but when I called ro check on my reservations., the hotel never received my reservations, but they fixed the issue I was having so I was pleased with that. So my birthday was enjoyable.

A great getaway

We had a delightful 5 day getaway here and loved every minute of it. The room was spacious (we had a corner room), with a great view (the Ben Franklin Bridge and Susquehanna river were our beautiful view.).

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was no more than a 10-15 minute Uber to all the great restaurants.

All in all, it was a the perfect location to stay and get a little R & R. This will be my Philadelphia hotel in the future.

The room and common areas were very clean. The staff was knowledgeable about the area. They were all friendly and helpful. I felt safe there. I liked to parking arrangement I felt secure with my vehicle with security so close.

I've been staying at this hotel for 6 years when I need services at Will's Eye hospital. The staff has always been super friendly in the past. This trip, the front desk staff was efficient, but not friendly. The gentleman running the take out breakfast was very
friendly and helpful though! I felt the hotel did a very good job of
keeping everyone safe during the pandemic. The big problem we encountered was with hot water in the room bathroom. After
letting the water for 4-5 minutes, I was able to get hot water for
my shower. My daughter had to run the water 3-4 minutes just ten
minutes after I finished mine. I expect hotels to have hot water
without having to waste water to get it. If you are security
concious, the hotel now has a secure lobby.

This was my first stay at this Holiday In Express in Phila. The view was beautiful the place was very clean. The staff was very welcoming and that made me and my boyfriend feel very good. And that was because we are people of color. I like to thank u for making feel very comfortable!!⚘⚘⚘
