Disgusting Hotel, Surprised it is an IHG Property

If I could give this property a 0, I would! I DO NOT recommend this property. Upon checking into our first room, it was filthy. I went downstairs and asked the manager to move us to a new room, and to take a look at the room we just checked into. He refused to look at the room, and moved us to a new room. The new room was extremely filthy and disgusting, but now as bad as the original room. If I could have moved hotels, I would have, but it was late in the day, we were traveling with a ton of luggage, and had an early international flight the next day. By far, the dirtiest IHG property I have ever stayed in. Food all over the floor in both rooms, mold, sinks were disgusting, bathroom disgusting, hair in the beds and showers, and we just felt dirty being in the room. This property needs a complete overhaul and new cleaning staff. Please see the attached photos. I could only submit 6, but I took about 20. I did not pay for my stay. Again, I DO NOT recommend this property!

If you need a bed

The bed is great. Due to covid there is no breakfast at all. Bag with a bar and orange. No beverage,. I get it but... Bathroom was dirty. Toilet was discussing and the floor had hair on it. Not just a little. We almost always stay at a HI or express. I had to call on the phone, while at the front desk, to get help. Not just once but three times. 1. Check in. 2. Towel and 3 a bag breakfast. There was roof construction too. Needed. Just unhappy with the entire place.

Web site shows full breakfast, but they only have a bag with an orange and a bar. A bottle of water costs $2.50. You have to ask the clerk for a cup of coffee. No gym available. They won't clean your room between nights, and we had to even ask for new towels to be delivered. One manager asked us to complain to the day staff because we weren't told these things. Room smelled like it had been smoked in and rooms on one side of hotel have lots of traffic noise. We saw no other guests and only three other cars beside ours, but they said they had no rooms for upgrades.

Requests were completely disregarded

I requested adjoining rooms due to traveling with two kids and my husband. I called the day prior asking to accommodate my request and sent an email. I also called the hotel the day of asking if an early check in was possible with adjoining rooms. First I was told adjoining rooms were available. Shortly after I was called back and told they were not available, but there were rooms that were very close to each other that were available. I then go to the hotel and the rooms are not ready and they were on opposite sides of the hall. Not across from each other, they were ten rooms apart. Then we were offered two rooms across the hall from each other. One of the rooms had a water damaged TV stand and make up on the coverlet on one of the beds. Honestly we were so tired by that point though that we just accepted the rooms.

Just for Overnight

The hotel is convenient located for the purpose of my visit so I booked it.
I was not welcomed with a welcome package for being a Platinum Elite member.
The room is outdated and the beds and nor comfortable.
The bathtub was clogged with lots of debris inside the sink.
There is no breakfast due to the Coronavirus situation but the brownpaper offered was really bad, with an orange inside (bad choice of fruit, don't you think?)

Dirty

Toilet had not been cleaned at the base for a long time. Hair on one pillow. Hair in the bath.
Moved me to another room. Toilet at the base was nasty as the 1st. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Hallway carpet is dirty and coming up. Management is awful. Wouldn't make it right... just moved from one dirty room to another.
