The room was a little dated, but it was clean.
My visit was too short to rate the hotel's facilities.

I stayed here for 2 weeks in Nov 2019. Check-in process was smooth. The welcome pack contained one packet of eateries which i couldn't have(because of its taste) and a small water bottle.
The room itself was clean when it was handed over. I was put up on third floor and in room 301, which is farthest walk from lift. The hotel is located right opposite to Santa Clara University and behind the railway station, so expect some disturbance during the nights as well. House keeping did a very poor job during the entire stay. We do not get complimentary dental or shaving kits here. Neither is drinking bottled water for free. So if you are planning on staying here, stack up these.
Overall it was a good stay, barring few bad experience. You can think of staying in this hotel if your expectations are less for the money you pay.

had a problem with noise below me, causing the floor to vibrate. explained to Tim in the front office what I was hearing and feeling and he checked the noise finding that the fan for the hallway below was causing the problem. he turned it off for the night and I'm guessing that he had it service. Thank you

Amenities were good. Free laundry use. Short drive to town.

1. Odd numbered rooms face a train line on the back of the hotel. Get even number rooms if possible.
2. Cleanliness is abysmal. I was left itching for days after sleeping in the sheets.
3. Sticky carpet floors are yucky!
4. This is a PET-allowed hotel. Seems the PETS leave but their stank does not.
5. They use unmonitored and unhealthy amounts of deodorizers after PETS leave. The second room I was assigned had unbearable deodorant levels so I declined that room.
6. Towels are shoddy and torn.
7. Hotel staff is almost always missing on property or tardy to come in. Never staying here again.

Convenient to my conference, decent size room, staff were friendly and helpful. Nice to have a kitchen and decent Wifi. Short on amenities...no pool, no hot tub, no trash can in bathroom, no shampoo in the bottle installed in the shower (so too late to go get any by the time you're already showering). Only one coffee pod for 2 nights but free coffee if you went downstairs. People upstairs stomped around very early in the morning, so sleep was not great.

特に問題なく滞在。ただしCalTrainがすぐ側を走っているため列車の音が若干気になる。騒音を気にする方は他のホテルにした方が良いかもしれないが、全体的には価格に応じたよいホテルである

I have stayed here multiple time over the past year and each time I am blown away by the level of service I get out of this stores staff. They are one of the prime reasons I keep coming back.
