Excellent overall experience. Great customer service, clean, comfortable setting, sleep was perfect, breakfast available, and location is perfect.

We had a 2 room (1bdrm w/2 queen beds and 1living rm/kitchen area).
The kitchen was fully furnished. Dishes, linen, stove, full size fridge, microwave and everything needed to be comfortable away from home.
Hot water in the shower was almost instant and the rooms were fairly quiet. Beds were comfortable and sofa in living room pulled out to a twin size.

The 2 room king executive suite was very nice. Plenty of room for everyone. AC WAY STRONG in master room but heats up the guest room. Other than some minute cleaning issues in the guest bathroom the room was exceptionally clean. The hotel was very nice.

The breakfast was poor. There was no hot breakfast. Nothing was put out, it was a hand off at the front desk of a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. I recommend skipping breakfast here. Restaurants were open for business with indoor dinning so I think they over did the Covid restrictions here at the hotel.

Far exceeded my expectations after having just had a very poor experience in another IHG facility.

Overall stay was really good. However, went to pantry and staff not wearing required mask which was brought to her attention and she did not rectify. Other guests were not wearing required masks and were not told to do so either. That was very disappointing as COVID cases are increasing significantly.
Beds are a bit high to get into but mattress is very comfortable.

This hotel is brand new. The courtyard area was beautiful. There is a pool, large hot tub and a grill. They offer free laundry. The staff was wonderful. We were in and out all different times and everyone was so accommodating
