Comfortable stay

We have family around this area, and we always stay at this hotel when we visit the area. It is a nice place to stay away from home. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The staff was welcoming and polite. The hotel is close to restaurants and stores.

Escogí este hotel por la piscina para los niños y para ahorrar el dinero en el desayuno, NO PUDIMOS USAR LA PISCINA NI TOMAR EL DESAYUNO POR LAS RESTRICCIONES DE COVID-19, me mintieron cuando yo pregunte..no me avisaron de las restricciones que ellos continúan haciendo.
Cobraron doble ...en mi tarjeta de crédito (que use para mi reservacion) y cobraron a mi débito con la que pague al momento del check out.

The room was clean and no odor at all. The bathroom was clean and supplied you for enough towels and toilet paper. The staff was excellent gave me extra shampoo and conditioner right away and always made sure I was taken care of. The only down side is that the breakfast was just yogurt and granola instead of the breakfast they usually provide.

Due to a death in the family had to make an unplanned trip to New Jersey. . Holiday Inn had an available room at a reasonable price.

Unfortunately, the state of the room seemed unkempt and musty. The carpet was wet in areas and overall the rooms did not seem clean.

This is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. I think it might be the worst room I have ever stayed at. The bathroom was absolutely filthy, the wallpaper was separating from the wall in every part of the room, the ceiling was falling apart, the hair dryer was barely hanging from a screw on the wall, and there were random screw holes throughout the room. I get the current situation but most of these issues would not have happened over the last several months. I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again...
Staff was okay but the property needs some TLC ASAP

The room (213) cleanliness was sub par the beds were extremely uncomfortable my friend and I woke up with extreme back pain. The lights in the room didn't work properly the thermostat for the air conditioner on the wall was completely broken it's as if it was a decorative piece.The carpets in the room were stained and in the hallways as well. The air conditioner was making loud noises at times.
The bathroom on the other hand I don't even know where to begin.
It had moldy ceilings around the shower area and the caulking around the tub was moldy as well.

I had a quick check in and a well sized room. They have implemented rules about how many people are allowed in a room, only two, and no visitors allowed. As someone traveling for business this was much appreciated. The last hotel I stayed did not have rules like these and had very noisy neighbors blasting music and partying next door (NOT IHG BRAND). This hotel is serious about their guests being safe and protected to the point that you have to sign an agreement. I would recommend this hotel and IHG 100%. My only recommendation is that whatever they look into air fresheners or air purifiers because whatever is being used to clean the rooms has a overpowering smell that is not pleasant. The linens, sofas and towels all smelled fresh and didn’t have the smell I am speaking of, it’s the air in the room itself. I ran the AC intermittently and that helped but when winter comes that will nit be possible.
