Excellent, very friendly staff made our 2weak stay an unforgettable experience. Proximity of the beach and the airport make this hotel very suitable for a great holidays. The pool, and beautiful greeny areas provide so relaxing environment that makes you feeling like in paradise.

The service at this hotel was excellent from the front desk to the restaurants. The food was good and we really enjoyed the time we had by the pool. We would absolutely come back and recommend this resort to others.

This hotel is very family friendly. Since the beginning of check in, I was warmly welcomed by the Guest Experience manager, given a room upgrade to a suite type. The hotel's facilities and activities are very complete including the tea tree spa. Breakfast also has a large and delicious menu. Will definitely return to this hotel when going to Bali. Thank you

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we have loved it both times. The whole of the hotel is immaculate from the grounds to the rooms and is lovely to just walk through. The pool is great and relaxing. The staff are very helpful and courteous and make special effort which stands out. It is a little quieter than Kuta but only a short walk from the busier area if you want that. The beach was very dirty this time but we didn’t go to this hotel for the beach. We had dinner included and the food was great. The family rooms are amazing!

Breakfast and bars were excellent. I went to beach at the hotel and it was less inviting to swim in the ocean. It appears that hotel is not responsible for keeping beach clean of trash and leaves and tree branches. However, the swimming pool was kept very clean and inviting.

I was surprised and delighted to find this resort exceeded all expectations. The location was close to the airport, and I expected it to be like many hotels that are close to airports - functional but not as relaxing as you would hope for. I was pleasantly surprised that the property was expansive, beautiful, relaxing and filled with the most friendly and helpful staff members that I have ever encountered (and I have done a lot of travel over the years). I have rated every aspect of the resort either a 9 or a 10, with 10 being the highest score possible. I would definitely recommend this resort and I plan to return next year.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property, the staff were lovely and welcoming!
Highlights for me were the pool and location right on the beach, I also had lunch and breakfast which were both great.

Truly an excellent find this hotel was perfect for our family holiday. The staff are amazing, friendly and so helpful nothing too much trouble. Rooms are kept very clean and comfortable beds
Breakfast a real treat and dinner excellent too at both restaurants
We had the best sleeps here. The pillows were like sleeping in clouds.

Let me start with the staff at this hotel being some of the friendliest and helpful I’ve ever encountered at a night hotel. The hotel has a wonderful pool with nice pool bar! Close to the beach. It the beach is not worth a visit as it was absolutely beyond dirty with trash.
Rooms: spacious and big with a comfy bed. Only thing to improve is daily cleaning. Bed was made up nice but my bedside table and floor was never cleaned in my 10 days.
Breakfast- everything was the same with little variety for vegetarian and the fruits were the same daily. Pretty much the same only the fish had a different sauce every day. I’ve had better at the holiday inn express so this hotel should work on this as it would make a difference.
Restaurant is good tho I’d suggest staying with no breakfast and just ordering from their menu!

We loved this hotel, it made a great start to our holiday in Bali, I would highly recommend this hotel, the staff could not do enough to help you, the pool area is clean and tidy, the rooms where kept to high standard.
