Comfortable, clean room with kitchen

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Super clean and comfortable room with kitchen, good shower, and plenty of space to spread out and do yoga. This will be my spot when I travel to the area.

I chose this location as it was near to where I was visiting. There were ample parking as long as you arrived before 8pm, then you have to park on the side of the hotel. This was a newer hotel compared to the main hotel nearby which was getting old. Friendly check in and check out receptionist was the same person in my case The room with a one bedroom suite was fantastic. It was clean and roomy. I didn’t use the kitchen for cooking but noticed you had to bring in utensils and flatware. They had pots/pans. Daily complimentary breakfast was adequate. Scrambled eggs and diced potatoes appeared daily. Breakfast meats rotated. Weekend had no meats except biscuits with sausage gravy. Waffles were already cooked and stacked. I skipped the scrambled eggs after day 1 since they were rubbery and hard. I saw they had an outdoor heated pool but it was 30-50 degrees in Carson City, NV in November so I passed. Checking out via TV or phone/email didn’t seem available so I checked out with a person. I definitely will consider staying again but in the summer to enjoy the outdoors. A side note: maid service is available after the 3rd night. No maid service on weekends. I checked in on a Wednesday and left on a Monday. No maid service was available until I was actually departing my room and a maid appear. I still left a tip on the counter just in case someone showed up.

The Staybridge suites is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in all of the Reno Carson area. The team is incredibly friendly and helpful and the entire property is super clean. I normally stay at this place for work, but I'm completely comfortable bringing my family and knowing that they are going to have an enjoyable experience.

Staybridge is very convenient from Reno. It is near shopping and restaurants. Their Mon-Weds night social hour with food and drinks is wonderful and breakfast is tasty. Everything about it was pleasant. We stayed in order to visit a local holistic MD. So, we did note that the hotel looks to be within 200 yds of what appears to be an electrical substation to the west.

Very friendly folks working the front desk, comfortable room, breakfast was ok (thanks for having non-dairy milk, would have liked more ripe fruit options), charged $75 for small dog which is very high compared to similar hotels across the country.
The bed and room were very comfortable and we sleep well.

Our stay was great, we enjoyed the location and the room. It was easy to get to and from, our dog liked an area to walk and run, and liked the friendly atmosphere. Thanks Again and we will be back to stay with this place.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent Staybridge stay. I not sure if I had stayed at the Staybridge before but I definitely will be staying there again. I was extremely impressed by the friendly, helpful staff and was particularly impressed with the front desk staff! They were the definition of good customer service. It certainly started the stay off right. The grounds and pool area are nicer than most and I appreciated the well equipped exercise room! As I noted this was my first time at Staybridge but I believe it will be the first of many!

Check in was a breeze. The staff were welcoming and helpful, very professional, and courteous. The hotel was very clean, and quiet. The room was comfortable, clean, roomy. It was a kitchenette with a nice size refrigerator. It was nice to be able to prepare my own meals since I was there for an extended stay. Shopping and highway access is close and easy. This was very nice since I had a 20 minute drive to work daily. I look forward to staying at the location again in the future, and I will recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Staybridge - Carson City, NV. The three room suite we had was huge, nicely appointed and clean. Very comfortable new beds for your sleeping pleasure and a great breakfast waiting for you in the morning.This is a new hotel that is really a must stay if you are in the Carson City, Reno, Virginia City or Lake Tahoe area. It is in the center of everything including restaurants, Walmart and grocery stores. The facility is very clean and the staff is exceptionally cheerful as well as helpful. It is a pet friendly hotel but the rooms do not smell of pets. The room has all you need to have a romantic dinner in or an afternoon snack. If your travels bring you to this area do yourself a favor and book a room at Staybridge - Carson City.
