The first night I stayed at property I found the dead bolt was very hard to engage . The next morning (Sunday) I told staff about it and Monday morning the Maintenance person came first thing and fixed it. He was personable and quick at the repair. I became ill on Tuesday but had to check out so Skylar from front desk came up and helped me carry everything down. She was extremely helpful. I stay here often and can’t speak highly enough of it.

We stayed at Candlewood Suites Indianapolis - South for a weekend event, and it was a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and Greenwood attractions.
A standout was the Black lady at reception (I regret not catching her name). She was incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to assist us—10-star service!
The only downside was the lack of complimentary breakfast(aware of it during booking), but the pantry and complimentary morning coffee were nice alternatives.
We checked in on Friday morning (Dec 13th) and checked out Saturday noon. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d recommend it for families and travelers alike.

I loved everything about my stay. The room and hotel were very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The little store inside is perfect. The area is very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff recognized our reason for staying and offered another night if we needed it! Beds were super comfortable and room was very clean
The only downside to the room is the toilet height. Newer, taller toilets would be nice

Raveen is the absolute sweetest lady and greets us with a beautiful smile. Ron never fails to accommodate us, Doug is always friendly, Patty is great and Brandy is a great greeter. This is our Indy place to stay

Thanks to Brandy who quickly contacted us after we had accidentally left valuable paperwork in the room. She contacted us via phone and then made sure she sent us the paperwork as soon as possible. She sent a lovely note as well. We really appreciated the kindness and honesty of all the staff at this Greenwood Indiana location. Check in was great. We had our dogs with us and this is a very pet friendly location.
