I was amazed how good this place looks, place is hella packed with ppl and my curiosity wanted to find out, now I know why, place is great

I would highly tell other people about this place since I stayed my first night and the rooms were very nice looking, especially the extended stay is amazing

I usually go to Holiday inn and stuff, but never heard of candlewoods until I got a friend suggested to me and I honestly liked it

Dishwasher was broken and had filthy, mold water in the bottom. I told the manager the hotel cleaning staff should have taken care of this. I complained for three days; and no one came to fix the problem. The bathtub needs non-skid devises. The bathroom towels were flimsy and one could see through the threads of the towels. I would rate this hotel and below average.
I recommend this to anyone coming to candlewoods for the first time

We have stayed here multiple times in the last couple of years.
we especially enjoy the fact we can take out pet dog.
front desk is always helpful during check-in/out and they always have excellent tips on local eating.
we look forward to staying here in the future
Bloody sheets

The room seemed ok until we were ready to go to bed. When pulling back the covers we saw sheets that had fresh blood on them. Obviously they were not changed after the previous stay checked out. When calling the front desk at 9pm to request the sheets to be changed or at least new sheets brought to the room we were told to come to the front desk and get them. I needed to get dressed and go to the front desk. We told them we wanted a complete set of sheets. Now we are stripping the bed and notice blood on the mattress as well. (Maybe use a mattress pad!). When making the bed we found no pillow cases so back to the front desk! Never will stay there again!! IHG you need to do better!!!
