Clean rooms and friendly staff. The kitchen is nice, but there was no dish soap. The location was close to my work, unfortunately I went for gas and a snack a block away after dark. Do not go across the railroad tracks. it is a BAD neighborhood.
Is very poorly managed very poorly cleaned and for the money spent for this hotel room it was very poorly up to date

The hotel over charged me and then wouldn’t refund me the proper amount so I had to call and call and call several times until finally was refunded once booked in we got to our room and found the room was not clean at all so had to go threw the entire room moving pillows and blankets

This hotel is very neat and clean! The staff were polite and helpful! We were able to walk to the farm show complex and the complimentary breakfast was good! Our son enjoyed the pool and we overall had a very good stay here!!

First and foremost the hotel was convenient to where I was going. Only staying one night there was a lot of noise from people until about 10:20 pm. The pillows on the bed smelled old and like someone might’ve sweating on them and like a weird odor. In the morning, wanting to get a nice hot shower, there was no water pressure to shower. Not sure if the hotel has not enough capacity to accommodate the amount of people in the hotel. The weekend breakfast buffet was not available starting till 730 the first hotel I have ever stayed in that had not had accommodations for breakfast at 6 AM.

The staff at Staybridge harrisburg are wonderful. Yasmine makes me feel at home. I get the best sleep ever there. The beds are so comfortable and having a choice of firm or soft pills make it even better. It is the only place in Harrisburg I stay at when I am in town for meetings.

We had a great stay with Staybridge. Our room offered a lot of space. It included a kitchen area, living room/lounge area and two bedrooms & bathrooms. Very clean. Staff could work on customer service but overall they weren’t too bad.

Broken phone could not connect to the front desk when 2 men wearing hoodies tried to break into my 2nd floor room. Bathroom drawers had old rags in them and someone’s gross curling iron. Dishes in dishwasher and no utensils. Also broken cabinets pulls and doors

Excellent staff. They were professional and accommodating. The food was great. I really enjoyed the Social Hour. The room was amazing. I totally enjoyed my stay.
