This hotel very dark and gloomy..the odor in halls make u gag. Room heat was horrible for a suite my bedroom was ice all night as it was trying to pull thru a small fan in wall hole. I should have went hilt9n honors instead..

This is a great hotel in a good location. Its right near the highway and was close to my government office. I liked the fact that there was so many restaurants nearby as well. The staff is very nice and made me feel like home.

I was VERY impressed with the room. I was tired and hungry and didn't want to go back out. They have a small "store" to purchase items of necessity. I also had to check out early as I messed up my days for staying. They were great. I WILL stay there again. This weekend in fact IF they have room.

I would not stay here again. Room was very dated. Kitchen cupboards and bathroom vanity made out of wood. This cannot be cleaned well. TV was old.
I was charged a $2 hospitality fee and staff did not inform me that I was to be charged. Could not define how this fee is used.

Not greeted for being Platinum Member. Motel is poorly renovated with new furniture with old mirrors and cabinets, doors, no finishing at all, dirty elevator, Noone cleaned elevator for 2 days. Basically 2 star hotel experience.

We were staying at Candlewood for an indeterminate amount of time as we were waiting for our house to finish being built. As with new construction there are hiccups with contractors therefore we didn’t know exactly how long we would be staying. The first 3 days were fine. We were disappointed to find out that the pool and hot tub were not being fixed. We knew it was out of order but did not realize out of order indefinitely. That sucked and feel that the loss of that huge amenity should be reflected in the price. There also was no coffee for 3 weeks. We were made to switch rooms multiple times for no reason. Overcharged multiple times which they then refused to refund. Then we were switched rooms again and 3 days later were told that we were being charged a $250 cleaning fee for dog poop in the previous room we were in. We don’t have a dog! They refused to refund it. The only 2 front desk employees they had were extremely inhospitable and rude. We are escalating the entire issue to the authorities. Have since moved to a new hotel and the positive difference is overwhelming.

I like that the staff was friendly when I was checking in and check out it was a quick trip but if I’m ever back in the area I would stay again
