I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Kimpton! Parking was extremely easy, even though it’s downtown, check-in was made to be a wonderful experience by the incredible gentleman that checked me in, you need a key card to access the elevators to get to the floors with the rooms which made me feel much safer, the bathrooms that have the bathtub in the shower are so huge and wonderful! As a woman, I loved that you could take a bath and your body was completely covered because the tub was ginormous! I was pretty busy with work so I didn’t get to experience the pool, but my experience was PERFECT from start to finish. Check out could not have been easier! Hands down one of the best hotel experiences.

We wanted a stay-cation. We were celebrating our 28th anniversary. Kempton staff were very welcoming and made our stay very comfortable.
Cant wait to book our next stay-cation.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Kimpton! May be one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a while. Easy check in, staff was great and it was a beautiful property. I can't wait to come back.

They were all friendly. Everyone is spoke with or walked by, had a smile and greeted me or asked if I need anything. Got texted from staff asking how was room or if need anything don't hesitate to call front desk. Loved it!

This has to be the best hotel that I’ve stayed in. The staff was amazing, the room was perfect and the food and drinks were awesome. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I was here for the weekend. Rooms were cleaned very well each day. I heard no noise despite being close to a busy downtown area.
It’s my favorite place to stay in Phoenix!

Everything about the Kimpton Palomar is exceptional from the check-in, the hotel room, food and beverage to the pool deck ambiance. It’s wonderful!!

We were greeted quickly and during check in given all the necessary information about parking and where every thing is located on each floor. We were asked what brought us to town and then gave us ways to get to our venue and shared some local entertainment

Warm welcoming, friendly staff. Very informative about the area and what the hotel has to offer. Very clean, modern and spacious rooms. Roof top bar and pool is excellent serving food and drink. Lower bar and restaurant welcoming and spacious. Friendly staff.
10/10 would stay here again!
