Pésimo trato del personal y bebidas horribles

Horribles las bebidas, pides una piña colada y te dan un vaso con hielos y jugo. Las camas con mal olor a humedad. El personal grosero, incluso me toco presenciar un maltrato a una persona de la tercera edad. No volvería jamás.

The food is the only thing that makes this place worth wild. Staff is horrible and I work in customer service. The staff is money hungry and they will support scammers in their building. Watch out if you speak English or a different language other than Spanish. They won’t be nice to you they only see you as a money grab.

Te atienden muy bien atu llegada. El personal muy atento y amable el señor ramiro encargado de botones amable el señor y muy atento a lo nesecitado. Doña yuri muy amable. Al atendernos y los meseros. Humberto, yobany.adan y Francisco muy amabled y atendiendo muy serviciales..

This Hotel is way overcrowded. The pool was dirty and overcrowded at all times. We had to line up at the restaurants and the food was very repeateve, People
were graving food as it was their last meal. If you're not of latin background, I wouldn't suggest going here.

Quiero agradecer a todo el Staff, fueron sumamente amables desde la llegada Pedro el botones y Miguel en la recepción fueron sumamente amables.
Cleo en el toallero, todos los días con una sonrisa y muy amable.
En el restaurante la Isla Filiberto, Arturo y Silvino 10 de 10.
Humberto que nos estuvo atendiendo en el sports bar y en el bar de la isla siempre supero atento y con una sonrisa.
Nuestra camarista Virginia, siempre mantuvo nuestra habitación super limpia y ordenada.
Alejandro el Salvavidas, siempre atento y amable.
El que se lleva las palmas fue Iván Tagle, siempre nos estuvo atendiendo y siempre fue más allá en todo, por gente como él es por lo que uno regresa a los hoteles.
Muchas gracias por esta experiencia de parte mía y toda mi familia.

Lo cierto es que el hotel me ofreció muchas comodidades por ser miembro y te lo hacen sentir, me gusto el café de la máquinas dispensadoras eso esto de 10, la atención de todo el personal fue muy buena, la habitación que nos dieron nos gustó mucho, la comida del restaurante donde ofrecen algunos platillos de mariscos me pareció muy bueno, también tengo que reconocer que el hotel requiere renovar pisos y otros detalles pero en general bien.

Todo el personal fueron muy atentos y amables pero quien para mi y mi familia sobresalió de su trabajo es la recamarista la señora Ángeles.
Todos los días nos encontrábamos con detalles que llamaban mucho la atención de su buen trabajo

Second time at the resort.
If we came back we obviously LOVED it.
The room, pool, beach and resort are all great!
Room was comfortable, clean, good pillows, and amazing friendly house keeping. We were travelling with a 9 month old so having flexible times to have the room cleaned was so awesome. The lovely house keeping lady checked in on us daily and cleaned when it worked best between naps.
Pool is super fun, lots of activities going on. Event staff are hilarious and engaging, bartenders everywhere offering out drinks, looking at you Carlos!!
Beach is glorious, great for walking, always super clean and not too busy. I love the big waves!
The shining stars are the food and the staff!
Food stations for almost every meal. Omelette station in the morning is always 10/10. Lunch/dinner you can expect fresh grilled meats, I barely touched the buffet most the time (which was good too!!).
Then the staff… just 11/10 incredible. So so many of them remembered us from 15 months ago!! So friendly, they really understand customer service!
We love love love it here, see you next year!!

Arrival was smoth, no upgrades at the moment but they were offered later that day. Staff in restaurants and bars is not god, they will not ask you what you need unless you let them know. Rooms smelled like bathroom all the time. I am an IHG member and hostess at restaurants had me waiting for a long time.
