We were very lucky to find this hotel at the last minute. The rate was very reasonable and the room and facilities were very nice. We will stay here again when we visit Milan.

Not happy with the service from staff upon arriving wasted my 2 hours for room and it doesn't matter for them for being a ihg reward member

I stayed here for 4nights snd loved the sound proofing, black out curtains and room view from the 20th floor.
The room floor plan was spacious and definitely good quality.
The main issue was the room key inconsistency and slow lift operations as the lifts are dominated by a key card queue. This made wait times quite long from the spa area.

It was a great stay, however, the breakfast could ve better. Overall the facilities are great and the staff is excellent and always willing to help.
Vetture elettriche

Apprezzo molto, avendo una vettura elettrica il fatto che siano presenti due stalli con possibilità di ricaricare per gli ospiti. Non trovo corretto che una vettura vi sosti per 48 ore tranquillamente avendo già abbondantemente caricato. Capisco che il personale non possa monitorare la ricarica, lo comprendo. Però mettere un cartello che limita la sosta al periodo di ricarica potrebbe ricordare agli ospiti che hanno la vettura oramai completamente caricata di liberare lo stallo o almeno sbloccare il cavo in maniera che ne possa usufruire un altro ospite.
Proviamoci.
Lo dico da persona che soggiorna con una certa regolarità

The stay with my family was really good, thank you to all the staff for being super kind! Specially Francis at front desk who helped with the rooms and Martina who did the check in. At the bar, the guy working both nights was nice too.
Few points to improve: check in info should be more clear, specially if we are asking questions, please, explain further and detailed. Employee discount in F&B only 20%... I think is the only IHG hotel in Europe, it talks badly about the hotel management when we stayed in a few IHG 5stars or 4 and they have the normal 50%, even thought we respect and understand the polities of the hotel. Also, the way of applying this discount creates confusions as we had to wait a bit too much on check out and a mistake was made.
Mentioned this, I have to thank the hotel and the staff because we enjoyed and had a pleasant stay. If we are back to Milan, we might return!!

A great place to have good time for all what you want to do from doing business to relax to shopping and more.parking is available within and outside the hotel Zentrum is quite close with few minutes

Check in ( delayed), any room missing item, you have to get down to lobby to pick it up!!
Swimming pool, closed from 9-16:00?!! Never seen this very limited service before!!! Although it is summer time!!

Overall, the service is not welcoming at all, just before arriving I stayed at 2 holiday in express and thier services and quality of what is provided is way better than this hotel. Room was not clean at check in!!
What ever you request, you have to go down to the reception to get it!!!
I really don’t know what is the level of this hotel among other brands of IHG but I remember last year I stayed at another voco somewhere but the service was little bit better than this hotel.
