Overall good experience because of staff. Food selection is poor and especially for vegetarians very poor no options other than small side dishes. Location not central to Milan or to Fiera convention but nice ambiance and modern hotel. Gym was very poor quality and tight

Nice modern hotel. We loved the big clean room with TV both with the sofa and at the bedroom. We spent time in the pool and can recommend it. At breakfast we could always ask for fried egg and omelet. Parking in garage and elevator directly to the room with digital keys.
Service not great and someone’s bath loofah

Someone bath loofah was left in our shower and dirty tissues behind the roll bed. Bartender told us he had to go microwave our dinner.

Neighbourhood is very dodgy.
It is 45 minutes out of Milan so you need a bus and 2 trains to get to Duomo.
Keep away.

Amazing staff. However the rooms are a drawback as if you are traveling with friends there is no privacy. I recommend this for couples.

In short, we had a not so great stay. The location of the hotel is located farther away from the centre of Milan and the rest of the attractions. The room had a bad layout and the colors were terrible. The shower was in the middle of the room with no privacy. The service staffs communication was very poor due to language barrier and are very rude. I read in the reviews that staff were rude, but I never expected this bad of a level of service. During the stay our floor, 21st floor, was smelling very bad like the sewage.
I would never recommend this hotel to any one.

We hadden het geluk dit hotel op het laatste moment te vinden. Het tarief was zeer redelijk en de kamer en faciliteiten waren erg leuk. We zullen hier weer verblijven wanneer we Milaan bezoeken.
