Everytime I have to spent some while out of my residence this hotel is basically a no brainer. Service is pretty good, location is fine and there is multiple things to outdoors if you want to hang out nearby.
Always a good and smart choice.

Fiquei extremamente desapontado com a minha estadia neste hotel 4 estrelas. Esta é a primeira vez que encontro condições tão ruins um hotel supostamente renomado.
- Box do banheiro: Com mofo e claramente mal conservado (como mostrado nas fotos).
- Estacionamento: Instruções confusas sobre como acessar meu estacionamento gratuito e válido.
Considerando a classificação do hotel, eu esperava muito mais, mas ele ficou bem aquém dos padrões básicos de limpeza e manutenção.

The location is good and room is clean. Gym is convenient and breakfast is awesome. I would like to recommend people to stay in this hotel if they travel to São Paulo. Also, the shopping mall is closer, and there are good restaurants around the hotel

Incredible experience! Exceptionally well-located with a breathtaking view of the entire city, surrounded by some of the finest French and Italian restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The restaurant inside the hotel is amazing, especially for breakfast, and the menu is extraordinary in both flavor and quality. The staff is always very friendly!

The hotel is excellent overall, and particularly appreciated is the size of the room, the breakfast and buffet lunch, and the staff.
However, I am a Platinum member of IHG and I do not feel enough recognition and attention is given to senior loyalty card holders like myself: we had the right to some bottles of water on arrival but nothing else, no bottles left in the room etc. Similarly, no room upgrade was offered. It seem that the loyalty card has less importance than at Accor hotels for example.
We would also have appreciated a choice of pillows, as the pillows were very hard. The quality of the sheets (cotton and polyester) was not in keeping with the quality of the hotel or its price.

Very good location hotel with comfy beds and all the usual amenities a hotel room should have. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with something for everyone no matter what your taste.. would recommend staying here and I certainly will on any return visit to Sao Paulo.

The quality of the towels is poor and do not match the overal excellence of the hotel

First room smelled urine coming from bathroom. Continued to smell even after cleaning staff came to clean it. Ended up having to change rooms.
The new room walls were dirty and scratched all over the bathroom area. Old appliances, fridge was covered in rust.

Dit uitstekend gelegen hotel heeft goede opties voor ontbijt, zeer comfortabele en functionele suites en goede voorzieningen, zoals een open zwembad. Ideaal voor zaken en/of vrije tijd!

Had me geen extra kosten moeten vragen voor laat uitchecken als IHG-lid. Zeer teleurstellend. Ik verwachtte een betere klantenservice. Zelfs extra betaald voor upgrade kamer wanneer het niet nodig was. Moest upgraden omdat er ja kamers beschikbaar waren voor de categorie waarvoor ik had geboekt. Het is echt vervelend.

Het verblijf was zeer comfortabel en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie in Sao Paulo is veilig met goede lokale voorzieningen en restaurants in de buurt. De locatie is ook handig voor mijn zakenreizen.
