The rooms and hotel were clean.The man that checked us in was really nice.but when it come to find someone to check out good luck,I wanted to pay cash for our room and didn’t find anyone to do so stood there 10-15 and no one.

We have visited this location several times visiting family in Morgantown, West Virginia.
We have been extremely satisfied with these accommodations and location.
The staff is welcoming, attentive, and accommodating to our needs.
The accommodations are comfortable, clean and quiet.
The location gives us easy access to most everything in the area.
We look forward to visiting this location again.

The staff is very courteous and outstanding in efficiency. Very clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Great location. Excellent handicap access accessibility.

I was very happy with the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I enjoyed the full-size refrigerator with ice maker.

When I booked a room over the phone a couple days prior to my arrival, I arrived on the date I booked. The front desk told me my reservation was booked for the prior night. But luckily they had a room and gave me the same rate, and I wasn’t charged for the prior night. Was a mix up with the person working when I called. But it all worked out. And the cleaning staff on the floor was very friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable. I might stay there again, price was affordable. I’ve enjoyed other IHG hotels more that this one. The staff were not as friendly, and did not seem interested in helping with anything but the basics.
Bike riding weekend

We went bike riding, enjoyed the Harley band across the parking lot, there waS ample parking (as we had bikes on the back of our suv, we felt safe at the hotel, lots of restaurants were closeby, we found two bike trails, we even found a nice ice cream store with non dairy ice cream!

We stayed here many years ago, this hotel is really run down.
The first room we got the thermostat was broken, the woman at the front desk seemed annoyed indicating we didn't know how to operate the heat. Wrong well experienced in installation and operation of thermostats.
The bathroom smelled bad and was not cleaned properly with lots of hair and dirt on the floor.
The kitchen floor had food debris stuck to the floor.
Beds did not smell fresh, everything looked old and worn out.
Very difficult to maintain temperature and a/c unit was very noisy.
Very disappointed, couldn't sleep so we left at 4 in the morning.
Would not recommend.

Having a separate bedroom and complete kitchen made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Wi-fi was exceptional.
However, we couldn't figure out how to use the tv, and there were no instructions.
