Overall, good experience with this location. The gentleman checking me in was great! He got me signed up for the rewards program very seamlessly.

Overall great stay. The particular person working in the evenings was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The biggest complaint is the walls are on the thin side and sometimes that was annoying. The location was great for me.

Clerks Not At Desk During Checkout Time

I am a long time IHG Diamond Member. I said I used Early Check In in my IHG App and that I was already checked in. She said, "What does that mean?" The next morning, I was ready to Check Out, no clerks were at the desk. I just left. I never received a receipt in my email. IHG DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP means absolutely nothing.

In town for business, short night but the room was clean and quiet and staff was very helpful locating my charger i left behind.

From check in to the included breakfast, my stay was great. The room was very clean and updated. There was a good variety of breakfast choices. The points program is worth enrolling in. I'm glad I chose this hotel and was not disappointed. Thank you, keep doing what makes a stay so pleasant away from home.

Other than dedicated handicapped parking and a little less than what I expected for the continental breakfast fare, our stay was great! All staff that I dealt with were very courteous. No complaints there. I always prefer the express locations rather than the non express ones. always a much better experience!

The front desk representative was a pleasure to interact with. He was eager to assist me and did so in a professional manner. He did not rush me and answered all my questions. He made me feel welcomed and did everything with a positive attitude. One of the best front desk representatives I have ever encountered.

We stayed here while leaf-peeping at Cuyahoga National Park in Ohio. We had a clean room and responsive staff. When we couldn't figure out the heater the clerk got the maintenance to check it out while we were out and as it turned out we were just missing the location of the thermostat - all good!

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. We love the cinnamon rolls that are provided at breakfast. Any time we needed something it was provided. Would recommend to anyone. The pool is nice also.
