It was a very beautiful room that was inviting and well lit and had everything you could want or need for a long stay. Also knowing that more renovations were to come made me wonder what it would look like on another visit.
Room nice, no ice anywhere and no breakfast for a pricey hotel

Room and bathroom nice. Kitchenette nice touch. Would have been nice to have a working ice maker in room since there are no ice machines anywhere else in the hotel (?!). Also for the price of the hotel, the elevator did not work and there was no breakfast, just coffee.
Newly renovated space

We stayed here during Mardi Gras and it was very nice. Our room was very recently renovated which was a plus. The beds were very comfy too. The rooms are stocked for exactly two guests (two cups, two plates, etc) so please be sure to let the hotel know how many people are in your party. We didn't have any issues and all the staff were really friendly and helpful.

You should stay far far away from this place!! Canceled a three month reservation after 3 weeks and went elsewhere.
Hotel is supposedly smoke free however the room reeked so bad of cigarettes that I bought plug in air fresheners and cans of air freshener that didn’t stand a chance against the pungent aroma. Room was recently remodeled and looked newer just absolutely stunk. No couch or chair to relax in, just the beds and a tiny work desk with a so so desk chair. The room slept four but had dishes for two. However there was only one fork, one spoon and one knife in the drawer. No clothes hangers so I had to go to the desk and ask for those. Ironing board was just horribly stained and old. The AC/Heat unit is the old under the window wall unit that is loud and obnoxious all night long.
Room seemed clean except for the floors. Visible dirt on the kitchen and bathroom floors as well as trash on carpets left me thinking there had been no sweeping of any kind since last guest. There was no quality housekeeping service the entire time I was there. I had to exchange my own towels twice because the twice housekeeping actually came in they did not do anything other than take out the trash and take some of the used linens but not replace any of it. After eleven days total, I arrive from work to find they came in for the first time but only to halfway make the bed with the dirty linens, take the used towels and bath mat from the floor but leave the hanging used towel and used bath cloth in the shower. Did not replace any of it and left the bathroom without any towels at all. They left the used stained dish towel on the kitchen counter without wiping any surface areas at all. They did not do any vacuuming, sweeping or mopping. Go back to desk for my second complaint, first time was on day eight, and ask to speak to the manager. I’m so sorry but he isn’t here. He might be here tomorrow. I explain that my room still has not been cleaned and I have zero towels, hand towels, bath mat or body wash as my bottle ran out three days ago. I explain that this is unacceptable service to have to complain more than once about the housekeeping, or lack there of, at the rates being charge. I request that the manager contact me to discuss the horrible service provided (have not heard anything from him). She says she will give him the message and goes to get the items I requested. Shortly after I hear a housekeeper say no there ain't no bath mats in there and then proceed to yell down the hall to another housekeeper “ bring a bath mat up here this man up here crying about a bath mat”. Seriously?!?! I am beyond flabbergasted at this point but it gets worse. I get my towels and bath mat and again ask the front desk person for the body wash to be replaced. The housekeeper says she’s bringing you some and points down the hallway. I turn and see two ladies, one that looks like a housekeeper (in uniform) and one that looks like a possible guest. The housekeeper one wasn't moving but the other one was walking with a coffee cup and talking on her cell phone and I hear "girl that ain't your man anyway so you need to stay away" as she nears me. I am again flabbergasted as this person hands me the coffee cup she was carrying, with a here you go while still walking and talking away on the phone. Yes a coffee cup half full of body wash. Okay, guess I’ll just refill the old empty bottle myself. Seriously!?!?
Arrived from work on 2/17 to find a made bed, with clean linen, and clean kitchen towels. I was hopeful but didn't last long. Still no vacuuming, sweeping or mopping. Just the lone foot stool moved to cover up the trash on the floor. The floors were dirty to start with but after 2.5 weeks they are pretty dirty now. Check the bathroom and there was two replaced towels (at least I hope they were new/clean) but no bath mat however. I don't understand their aversion to bath mats. I just elected to use a hand towel for the remainder of stay so as not to be potentially embarrassed again by asking for one at the desk. To cap off a terrible experience to this point I tell you about the absolute worst part of this stay, evidence of them using my commode as whoever used it left their waste and tissue paper unflushed. Absolutely disgusting. Didn't clean the commode but sure used it. I had already bought spray Lysol along with the candles to help clean the bathroom and try to lighten the cig smell. I used that to clean the commode after flushing the waste left behind. i had already decided to leave so I just put the do not disturb on the door for the remaining three days to hopefully keep them out and not make it any worse.
I travel a lot for work and can honestly say this is the absolute worst hotel I have ever encountered. Save yourself the stress and don’t stay here. Go to the Google review to see the pictures associated.

A great long stay hotel that has recently gone through renovations. Seems like they are still in the process of outfitting the room with amenities you usually find in long stay hotels, however I was able to ask the front desk for multiple items and they were able to get me everything I asked for. The staff are ready and happy to help!

Po moim przybyciu zostałem powiadomiony o budowie, która odbywała się na całym drugim piętrze, o czym nie wspomniano na stronie internetowej. Z powodu tej konstrukcji w pierwszym pokój, który otrzymałem, nie było ciepłej wody, z czego recepcja nie była świadoma, i powiedziano mi, że być może będą w stanie poprosić kogoś, aby kiedyś to naprawił. Później, zamiast czekać, przenieśli mnie dalej korytarzem do innego pokój. W tym pokój klimatyzacja nie działała, zwykle nie jest to wielka sprawa dla miejscowych, ale ponieważ pochodzę z północy, w pokój było dość serdeczny wieczorem, co utrudniało spanie. Ponownie powiedziano mi, że ktoś zajmie się tym w moim imieniu, ale po upływie ( ()3 dni nadal nikt się nie pojawił). W tym momencie miałem dość i wyszedłem z hotelu , aby udać się gdzie indziej na pozostałą część mojego pobyt. Panie w recepcji były wspaniałe i nie winię ich, to spada wyłącznie na kierownictwo. Muszą lepiej radzić sobie z utrzymaniem hotelu, zwłaszcza biorąc pod uwagę oburzające ceny, które obecnie pobierają dzięki zbliżającej się misce Superbowl.

obiekt znajduje się około 13 mil od Dzielnicy Francuskiej. A dla osób przyjeżdżających poza miasto, takich jak my, drogi są mylące. Ale pobyt był jeszcze lepszy dzięki naszemu pobyt w Candlewood Suites. Są w przebudowie, i wygląda świeżo i jasno. Personel jest świetny, zwłaszcza Leslie w recepcji. Była bardzo gościnna.

Podobała mi się każda noc. Doceniam to, że hotel ma wszystkie udogodnienia do gotowania, a także może czyścić sztućce. Również ludzie w holu obsługujący gość byli naprawdę przyjaźni i mili.

Remont wykonywany podczas pobyt , w wyniku którego trudno było spać po 8godzinie (0). Dużo prac związanych z budową i wierceniem. Pamiętaj o tym. Bardzo denerwujące.

Po przyjeździe personel był przyjazny. Parking był dobrze oświetlony i bardzo bezpieczny dla okolicy, w której się zatrzymaliśmy. Jednak nasz pokój to inna historia. Temperatura była nie niższa niż 80 stopni przez cały pobyt , a sen był prawie niemożliwy.

Miał pyszny pobyt. Robili remonty. Niektóre odsłonięte przewody w pokój. Tandetne naprawy armatury w łazience. Brak patelni, w których 2 można gotować, tylko (0) garnki, brak wiadra z lodem. Zwierzęta domowe dla alergików. Skrzynki zasilania również nie działały dla osób korzystających z prądu elektrycznego. Pojazdy. Obok domu z goframi był plus. Najbliższy sklep spożywczy, jest kilka mil stąd, mini markety, stacja benzynowa generałowie dolarów. 25 +1 minut od centrum NO było fajnie. Bezpłatne pranie i suszenie. Siłownia słaba. Przyjazny personel
