Strategy location with reasonable price, parking space is very limited.
Can't even give me a simple bowl

I would have given a much higher rating but I was so DISAPPOINTED when I asked for a bowl to be delivered to my room, I have to request 2 times (first time at the reception directly then I have call again because waited for >15min), then the worst part came when the staff told me that they don't have any bowl available for me. What is this ridiculous reply, your entire hotel no bowl at all?! IHG please don't disappoint me again, the previous stay at Bali already caused me to pay extra because your driver was nowhere to be found and reception didn't pick up my call, then this time round with such nonsense. Anyway I think I should just find a way to utilize my membership points and no more staying with IHG, anyway your so call membership price isn't that attractive compare to another hotel group that I have compared. Really disappointing.

My wife and I received a warm and friendly greeting by the reception staff upon our arrival.

The staff was great and they treated us very well. The condition at a hotel for the most part, especially our room was not good. Additionally, one of the two elevators were inoperative for most of our eight day stay. Overall, it was the quality of the room condition. That was most disappointing. I certainly could’ve stayed at a better hotel for the money I paid for this room.

Great place but in Thailand they don’t seem to understand you need to remove dirty plates from the table during and not after the meal!! Must have had at least 6 plates stacked up

The second floor is extremely noisy because of non-existent noise insulation which means that the music from live DJ or band from the restaurant next door comes into room at night - making it impossible to sleep before they stop playing.

I have stayed at other HI Express hotels in Bangkok and this is the best one I have experienced. The staff were friendly and helpful but I should mention Sadia in the breakfast room who was outstanding.and a credit to the hotel. Talking of which the breakfast had various hot and cold choices and the dining room itself was of a good spacious design. I liked my room as it had a proper work desk against the wall and chair and a nice sofa. There was a decent size walk in shower, a fridge and a safe.. Only thing lacking was USB sockets in the pug sockets. .

This is our 2nd stay and it's comfortable enough. The building and Ground floor dining is clean. Front desk always appear friendly and willing to assist. Keep in mind there's no balcony or ability to open windows, so it can get pretty stuffy or chilly from the aircon. We recommend and plan to return.

Disappointed with cleanliness despite IHG Clean Promise

I chose to stay at this Holiday Inn Express because I trust the IHG brand and its global IHG Clean Promise. I’ve stayed at many IHG properties around the world and have always appreciated their commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, especially post-COVID.
However, during this stay, I was disappointed to find that this property did not meet the usual IHG standards. There was no sign or notice in the room referencing the IHG Clean Promise, which is something I’ve seen clearly displayed at other IHG hotels. More importantly, the actual cleanliness was below expectations — especially the towels, which smelled strongly like they had not been properly washed. One even had a scent reminiscent of someone else’s body odor, which made me very uncomfortable.
Additionally, the washing machine in the guest laundry area was completely broken. It failed to spin-dry, so clothes came out soaking wet and couldn’t be dried even after using the dryer. This is unacceptable, particularly for long-term guests who depend on laundry facilities. Replacing the machine with a working model would be a simple and necessary fix.
Aside from these points, the overall experience was positive, but the lack of cleanliness and broken laundry facilities need urgent attention — especially from a hotel that bears the IHG name.

It is very nice accomodation and friendly staff.. Near BTS and some shopibg malls.. Also money exchange facilities
